I recently dined at Chipotle and, as always, the food was absolutely delicious. The wide variety of ingredients and customizable options allowed me to create a burrito bowl tailored to my tastes, and the flavors were on point. The freshness of the vegetables, the perfectly seasoned meat, and the savory rice and beans all contributed to a satisfying and flavorful meal. I must say, the taste and quality of the food at Chipotle never disappoint.

This location tends to close in-person ordering down and only accept online ordering A LOT. So irritating that you drive all the way over and for them to tell you at the counter that you need to order online. Like I’m already inside and nobody is doing anything!!! Then when you order online, they are stingy with the portions and mess up the order. Unbelievable. If you’re short staffed then turn off online orders. I have never seen a business turn down face to face costumers instead.

Probably one of the worst experiences at a Chipotle restaurant. The food ALL looked dryed out. Guy fixing orders looked and acted irritated when I asked if fresh food was coming out soon. I should have left however, against my better judgement I ordered anyway. I wanted to get a watermelon lime drink but I was informed that the machine was broken. Way to top off my experience. The area where you get forks, etc was very dirty and there were barely any napkins or utensils available. This location needs to do better!

Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on N high st 1 mile away. Every time I come here it’s a new disappointment. Food is consistently mid/garbage and I get greeted with this BS today.

Don’t order takeout or pickup as everytime my orders have been incorrect, missing items, or someone else’s order mislabeled. Only option at this location is dine in and order at counter being specific as to what you want. I even have to say extra lettuce. The beans and some items can be older as they use every bit of food as common with Chipotle.

Stopped to grab dinner because it was too late to cook. I’ve never had such a bad bowl from Chipotle. When they put the sour cream on it was extremely runny and I don’t mean normal chipotle sour cream consistency. It was sickening. I asked if they are adding water to the sour cream, I believe they are to stretch it. From the looks on some of the crew member’s faces I think I’m right. To make matters worse, I got home to sit down to eat and the rice is not cooked all the way. This is inedible. Chips are stale. Tried calling the restaurant but of course no one answered. But I will be taking this back tomorrow and getting a refund. Everything is too high to just be throwing money out the window on food.

Don’t go unless it’s at least an hour before close. I went to this Chipotle to get dinner after working. I got there at 9:40pm hoping they’d be open another 20 mins plus it’d only take me 2 minutes to order and get out. As soon as I pulled in to the parking lot the door got locked by a worker before I even turned the key off in my car. Very upset as I was very much looking forward to having chipotle dinner 🙁
