Food was great. Staff said it was a very slow day. We ate inside among tables that were disordered and dirty on top. We chose a semi clean one. When I looked closer I could see that the walls where the booths are we dropped marks-gross. I could see food on the floor under the tables. For a slow day I saw the opportunity to clean the dining area.

Every single time I eat here, I get violent stomach cramps and get very sick. I avoid this location at all costs and drive much further to visit a decent one, which is disappointing given that this location is .2 miles from my home. The employees are incredibly rude and refuse to say even one word to you. They roll their eyes while you order your food. Shut this location down and figure out the issues, for real.

I’m not even mad at you anymore chipotle. I’m disappointed. I placed an online order yesterday, drove to the store to pick it up, and they were closed. Still was allowed to place an order online though. Had to go back and forth with “Pepper” and waste at least 15 minutes sitting there trying to get a refund. They gave me a free drink though, totally worth the wasted time and gas (not). Why accept online orders if you’re closed? It was 7pm and the hours are listed until 10pm. Turn off the online ordering then! I didn’t bother trying another store, this one has been my last resort in a city FULL of disappointing and dying chipotles. I hate to say it but after so many garbage experiences it might finally be time… RIP to the Chipotle you used to be. I can do better.

I’ve dealt with a lot of bad Chipotles over the years but the customer service here is the absolute worst. They don’t talk to you, move slow as hell and they look at you like they wish you were dead.

I try not to go to this location because it’s most always a bad experience but today I was in a hurry so I gave them another shot to let me down and they did so once again. Got a barbacoa burrito and they barely put any meat on it. My queso was watery too so the whole meal sucked, as did their demeanor. I wish I hadn’t even tipped but I did. I’ll never go back to this location ever again. They are the worst.

This place is bad. No attempt at customer service. I was left waiting with no acknowledgement from staff. The food is substandard at best. Actively looking for other decent alternatives, which I have a feeling would make the staff happy anyway. What happens when there are no more customers left?! Lol do the math.

Truly one on the worst Chipotles. Often show up and they are only taking online orders. When I place an online order they frequently omit or add additional ingredients. Unsure what the point of indicating that I want extra lettuce is if they don’t even follow instructions. Only continue to go here because it’s the closest one to me.

I work at the Chipotle RSC in Columbus and I hate to call out our restaurant staff, but this crew needs some help. I order chipotle for delivery a few times per month, and I’d say 50% of the orders I get from this restaurant are incorrect, usually due to ingredients being left out. The crew needs to pay more attention to their orders.

Called ahead to see if the location was still online order only. No one answered. Figured it would allow in person orders as google listing didnt say otherwise. Went to location to discover it was online only. Tried to use QR code on the door which did not work. Gave up and went to another chipotle.
