Best Chipotle I’ve been to in Columbus. One time this girl made a perfect burrito. Looked just like the commercial. I had a lot in it too. It’s rare you see them roll a perfect burrito (it’s harder than you think). Staff is fast and friendly.

Absolutely terrible. The worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. I ordered from DoorDash and my guacamole was barely filled, the quesadilla was burnt, rice was stale, chips overcooked, and there was stray meat in my beans (being a vegetarian, I couldn’t eat them at all).

SLIM portions. Like paid for double steak and barely got a regular portion… I bought 2 large drinks with my pick-up order and when I told the employee the Coke Zero and Ice were out he was like “zero is out for good and man, ice? it’s too humid outside!” So, $6 for two empty cups.

THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN COLUMBUS. do not order delivery from here. every single time we order from here, something is wrong. they skimp you on EVERYTHING. have not had a good experience ever!!! here are just a couple pictures of completely smashed tacos I have gotten and a salad(that had like 7 pieces of lettuce total!!)

Terrible. Set up an online order for an 11 am appointment. Arrived on time (10:50 ready time) only to be told by the manager that her employees needed breaks, so the meals being late was implied as justified. I’m all for fair treatment of all workers, however, the business quoted me a time, I ordered specifically for that time and paid for that food at that location – for that time. An apologetic response for not fulfilling their end of the obligation would’ve been sufficient. Didn’t receive that or a correct order. In fact, my issue was belittled by this person as if it were a burden to perform the tasks that they were paid for and the person funding that paycheck was a blight on their day. A+ for failure.

Google should allow 0 star reviews for wastes of real estate like this chipotle. Idk if there’s chipotle in other countries, but if there are, this one would easily win the worst location in the world. Honestly, I am at fault for thinking the next time I go here will be any different. I couldn’t tell you the last time I went here and they weren’t out of a main ingredient. It’s dirty, their guac is always brown, lettuce always looks rotten and the staff is impressively rude. I ordered double meat today and got a half a scoop, when I reminded them I ordered double meat the worker said that’s what I got and then proceeded to take meat out of my bowl and put it back in the station saying “that’s for questioning my job” while her and the other staff member laughed.

While the lady who made my burrito did a very mediocre job (skimped on the meat), the gentleman who rang me up was awesome. He was running around (the air conditioning was broken and it was very hot out) keeping the food refreshed and kept the line moving. He was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. While I missed his name, he should absolutely be recognized for going above and beyond! It’s about 6:30pm Friday June 2nd.

the place was very dirty, the hot sauce was mixed with the cream, the preparation table was very dirty and they had no baskets to serve the burrito, the meat portion consisted of 7 little pieces that were dry and old, I had to ask for one extra portion of barbecue to give it some flavor (it was delicious) without a doubt it is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to.

It’s literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Here for a tournament and only thing cheap that the wait wasn’t forever. The “kids” behind the counter were rude, dancing, had music blaring, knew we were in line and refused to wait on us until they were done messing around. The food was horrible. Only part I enjoyed was the view of the city.
