This is a nice chipotle and the staff is super sweet. They do a good job making your bowls. The only thing is if you don’t like the smell of smoke I wouldn’t dine in. They are located next to a cigar shop so you can smell the smoke in the restaurant.

Food was as good as any other store – delish; however the chips were pretty stale, Seating was lacking inside and the tables available were not clean. I actually was hoping to see something that I could clean my own table. In the defense of the store, it was Saturday and maybe they had just had a rush.

Easily the absolute worst place to go past 6PM. The staff that works here at that time have the worst customer service and ignore you when you need to pick up food if it’s not placed out which it never is at that time. They skimp meat every time you order for pickup like it’s their own food you’re taking. Hair is in my food almost EVERY single time black long hair the same color and length strand every time. Then the worst part is that they are 15 minutes late with your pick up times every single time. I have been here 8 times past 6 and I am done with this location. Avoid at all costs.

Usually a pleasant service however today in a rush the line is out the door and there are three worker on the line one of which is not helping at all. You girl with glasses and a wig. Lady in the line was very rude, I ask for the fresh chicken and she lied and said it wasn’t none and I seen the guy cutting the chicken up and she gave me the death stare as if she didn’t se whim cutting it up and out the spicy chicken and regular chicken in my bowl once it was in my bowl she put half of my chicken back into the pot and the other customer they serve the fresh chicken to.she was very rude and rushing me and kept say “THATS IT” “THATS IT”
