If I could give this location a zero, that is what I would give them across the board. I came to this establishment to buy a bowl for my daughter who has limited things she can eat and waited over 30 minutes because they had to cook white rice. I don’t understand how an establishment cannot have enough rice prepared to serve its customers. Also while waiting, they ran out of chicken to serve so some people had to wait for chicken to be cut. I was given several different times on when the rice would be ready but when I questioned why it was taking so long. A lady wiping off the counters just jumped in the conversation and accused me of trying to cause a seen. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. She was an extremely rude black lady. Instead of trying to understand that I had literally been waiting at service counter for about 30 minutes and still no service and no food. After explaining why I was questioning the staff the manager said in a rude tone I can either wait or leave. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

Easily the worst and smallest portions of the dozens and dozens of times I’ve had Chipotle. My wife ordered our family delivery and THIS is what came. The burrito, (which Chipotle is known for large burritos) fit in the palm of my very average-sized hands. Are you kidding? (And to whoever is making these, are you getting a bonus based on how much you reduce these things by?) The large chip bag was also half the normal portion which for four to share meant barely any to go around. Huge disappointment.

Food was good. They lady that fixed my food had a attitude and didnt even put the whole scoop of chicken in my bowl. When i asked her to add a little more she put 2 small pieces. The other 2 works that helped were nice. The restaurant was very clean.

So I keep going here for lunch and the drink machine keeps not having ice. Normally I so not care but I keep asking for them to fill it and each time I come it isn’t. It’s 90 degrees outside and I would like a cold drink. But as always the food is great

I’ve had good experiences at this Chipotle but in the last 2 years there have been much more bad experiences to outweigh. Recently I thought this location had improved everything but until today that does not seem to be the case.

I’ve been going to chipotle for some time. This location had great service the manager even went to the back to get me some chips when the worker in the front said they were out. She’s amazing❕ The bowl was loaded other than a few chewy pieces of chicken it was very good 4 stars❕

Ordered online and waiting 30min of extra wait at pick up line (which you know what everyone is struggling with manpower so I will leave that portion out) this is all I get? For $9.30 steak bowl looked like I got about half the size of normal portion and 7~8 small size steak .

I went to the Chipotle at Hamilton/Morse tonight. Terrible. Forcing all app orders thru their pickup window line going round and round their carousel until your order is ready is a joke. You are better off not using the app and going inside. Not to mention when you go inside they don’t screw up your order because it’s being made right in front of you.

Coming from a customer service background I try to sympathize with someone having a bad day. But on 7/7 I was astonished at the poor service I had gotten. My friend and I had gotten to this location upon opening and was bombarded by an employee saying, “I guess everyone couldn’t wait to see me at 10:45 am!” And my friend had made a comment at how we where trying to go to the gym and though this would be a good choice etc. The employee then said, “I just can’t believe that some people want a burrito this early!”
