Food is great, service was great, I ordered a salad with chicken and the vinegerette dressing. The amount of dressing that was given wasn’t enough for the salad but was still very good. The resturant itself wasn’t the cleanest but it was lunchtime and they were busy. This location is much smaller than most of the other locations I have visited. The service was good, and fast.

The literal SLOWEST chipotle in Columbus with terrible attitudes. There is ZERO sense of urgency while they have an entire line out the door and backed up pick up. They don’t speak to you, smile or welcome you in the slightest or even apologize for the wait or their constant lack of ingredients. I had this experience FOUR times in person before writing this. Get it together you’re a business ? Act like it .

Stop!!!! Do not pick this chipotle, turn around and go the other way. Let me tell you why. you will get charged a full plate when only given half a spoon of food. Served to you by the worst customer service. I asked for more lettuce and got my plate thrown. It is dirty, all chipotle I go to are clean. And clean as they go no matter how busy this one puts the D in DIRTY. I could go on but for what. Just don’t do it and I only gave this place a 1 star because im required to do so, because I would have left a 0.

Avoid this Chipotle. Every time I give them another chance, they disappoint! I visited at the tail end of the lunch rush at 12:50pm. The restaurant was out of steak. I wanted a steak burrito bowl and a steak salad. The manager simply said, “Yep, we’re out of steak.” Very unprofessional and very disappointing!

Not sure who deleted my posts but it deserves the attention. DO NOT come to this location. Terrible staffing. The girl at the front desk is horrendous. Simply just rude. I had a free coupon to get a drink and she kept saying she can’t take it. Then I asked for a manager and he honored it but was still rude as ever. I reported this location to corporate. Seriously needs new people who care about their customers. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that is so rude to their customers on top of running out of utensils in the dinning room they wouldn’t restock and grab me what I needed. Which is outrageous when other customers were granted their utensils. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Don’t come to this location. They’ve messed up my bowl in the past as well too. This is just the cherry on top. Never coming back until things change.

Worst chipotle around. Never consistent. Stale chips or always out of chips. Workers have attitudes cause they can’t hear because of the poor design of the building. Completely empty restaurant right after open. The worker says “you have to place your order online”.. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE AND HES JUST STANDING THERE. He wanted me to look at him while I placed my order on my phone, instead of him just asking to take my order. What a joke and poor management at this location. 0 stars

This is my go-to place for lunch as a teacher over at the high school. They always are on top of their orders online and make sure they give you great portions. This is the only Chipotle I go to because I have been to others especially the New Albany location and they are awful. This particular location tends to be very busy especially during lunch hour because of the school kids going over. So if you plan on going to this location I highly recommend you order online and pick up.
