I used to visit this location 2-3 times a week but the quality of the food has become inconsistent and seems to be deteriorating overall. Chicken used to be very good but now I end up spitting half of it out because it can be hard, overcooked, or have bone fragments or something hard in it. Portions get small in the evening, especially if you order online and they make it when you’re not looking. “Double chicken” is sometimes more like 1/2 chicken. On the positive side, I’ve never had any problem with the staff, they’ve also been really good, aside from squeezing the portions. It’s just that the food has gone downhill so I’m going there much less now.

Total frauds. Quite happy to take your money for online orders, but unwilling to give you the extra food you ordered. Does that look like extra steak and extra rice to you? They’re very fortunate to be the only Chipotle in town.

I hate going here anymore. Online ordering and pick up sucks. Went here last night, 3 customers sitting, one guy standing at the counter, not ordering just talking to the girl, I walked up to the online ordering pick up shelves and my order wasn’t there. 2 other girls were making orders, looked back at me and ignored me. I stood there for a couple of minutes, and the other girl stopped talking to the guy and asked what I needed rudely. She goes back by the girls that ignored me and looks at bags. Asks my name, and picks up my bag and hands it to me without saying anything. 3 tacos, a burrito and chips and queso for $33 and absolutely terrible service. Never going back. We used to eat here weekly but the service is so bad we cut way back. There is a Qdoba in town, it’s not easy to pick up there, but the food is way better and the service is much better too. Spent my last dollar at this chain, I’ll never go back to chipotle.

This chipolte is the worst chipolte I’ve ever been to. They do not offer quesadillas, it is never clean, and the servings are always inconsistent. If the white boy with the red hair is working you are better off turning around. Any occasion where this boy is working and I have gone is a struggle to get a scoop of anything, the bowl is always half full and he isn’t what I’d call rude but I definitely wouldn’t use the word friendly either.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The kitchen prep area and the restaurant floors were extremely filthy. They were rushing to make everyone’s orders and spilled food everywhere on the counter. The food quality was disappointing too. On top of all that, I got food poisoning. Avoid at all costs.
