Always out of something. I’ve been at this location about 10 times now and not a single time they had everything available. Almost always they are out of fajita veggies. I get it it happens. Today I bit into my food and chicken was so burned I could barely eat it. Half of it had really bad burnt taste. I’ve had few orders for pickup and portions are half of what I would get when I order in person. Great location but they definitely need more people to manage their flow of the food. I’ve been to many locations around Toledo and this one unfortunately is at the bottom.

I just tried to order food and then when I checked out they told me they were out of chips. I could visibly see the chips across the register where the chipotle lane and online orders were being made. So of course I asked about those chips and they said those were for online only and I had to order a bag of chips to get chips ??? They literally told me this. The only reason I can figure as to why they told me this is because they were to lazy to make any chips and we’re gonna try to make the last bit work for online orders because they can’t turn online orders away. This is a joke can’t wait to explain this to corporate. Also this store was a wreck, for example no napkins etc check the photo I attached. Also the garbage cans piled up in front of the door.

Kinda thrown together was ignored at the drive through and portion was the smallest I’ve ever seen for a chipotle. Chicken was burnt to the point that I could not taste anything else. Unfortunately I even have to give one star. If you want good chipotle avoid this place and go to 10711 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg, OH 43551 they have never messed my food up.

I have been here over 30 times. It’s on my way to work so I stop to grab lunch. I have not been here once where they had every item available. Today was no mild salsa or lettuce. I have been where there is absolutely no meat. If there is a manager maybe he should leave his house and see how terrible this place is. They are always out of something, meat, salsa, lettuce, something. Never had this problem at any other Chipotle.

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Food was fine, but the team leader/trainer (I think) was pretty short with the customers in front of us, as well as a new crew member. She was openly criticizing his work in front of customers in an unconstructive manner, and was not showing him a better way to do it. She forgot our drinks moments after we ordered them, because she had turned away to bark orders at another coworker on the line.

I walked in with people standing around and wasn’t greeted at all. Not a big deal. But they look over at me and laugh. Seems like no one cares about their jobs here. Poor customer service. The lack of care shows in the food here too. I love chipotle. But my burrito was awful and bland. All the tables were dirty despite it not being very busy.

I have never been to a chipotle where every single employee looked like they wanted to walk out or just got done reading an encyclopedia. Extremely slow, mumbled when they talked none of them were excited about anything. I was so excited to go here because it’s the first chipotle near my house, but I’ll drive across town from now on. Food was almost as bad as the employees attitudes. Dry meat, over cooked rice, flaccid chips…

Restaurant didn’t seem especially busy. Ordered through the app, paid 4.50 for double steak and got precisely 7 small pieces of beef. Ordered brown rice and got white. Both bowls I ordered felt light before even opening, and neither were filled more than half way. Both bowls you could see the bottom of the container. Usually give newly opened restaurants more credit but this was disappointing

After reading the reviews I should have not even bothered with going to this location. They were out of steak so I went with chicken. I asked for vegies and they were out. I offered to wait and said there would be none. I settled for cilantro and they said they were not aloud to offer that. Side note – I eat at Chipoltle once or twice every week and get cilantro put on my food every time. Sooner or later management will change and this establishment will be like all the rest, until then, “good luck”!

The food was okay but the one person who prepared the food had a bad attitude and gave service was poor. The cashier was very nice. The food area was messy with food spread all across the counter.
