This location is truly horrendous. Ordered through their terrible app (Panera’s app is leaps and bounds better). I ordered a bowl with barbacoa, steak, sour cream, pico, etc. I got there to pick up my order, drove back home, and found this “bowl.” It was the completely wrong order. This one has chicken, carnitas, green sauce, no sour cream, etc. I try to call the store. No answer. I try talking to the AI “Pepper.” They would not process a refund saying it was “unavailable.” So, I drive back to get my order corrected. Worker was unapologetic, did not say sorry at all, AND didn’t remake my order. They grabbed my old order that has been now sitting there for 30 minutes and handed that to me. No apology, no gift card, no free anything. Absolutely appalling. I rated my experience 1 star and some customer service person immediately emailed me an apology and gave me a free entree for the next time I’m there. I will not be going back to that Chipotle for a long long time.

Food was okay. Ordered a chicken bowl. It wasn’t good, wasn’t bad. Service was terrible, it was like I was talking to a robot. They were so disconnected from the customers, I thought I did something wrong going in that store.

Worst location in the area! We have never been happy with our order when we get it from this Chipotle and we should know better. But we picked up our order today and we won’t be going back. All the food was cold, which I feel is somewhat normal for Chipotle but certainly not acceptable. The portion sizes were TINY. Like, half the size of what it should have been. We asked for extra rice in one of the bowls, and not only was it not added, all the food in the bowl was a very small portion compared to what is normal. Then to make it worse, there was a HAIR in the bowl so we had to throw out the food. Nasty None of it tasted good at all. Very bland. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Whoever is running this place needs to find a new occupation.

This is every thing that we expect from chipotle and this location has a little different look and vibe. Food is like always surely great, with the quality and taste. But the quantity is less than usual, compared to other locations. That’s the only I hate about this location ! Don’t why this is different from other locations but surely the quantity is less than what usually offered! It’s very tidy and clean, and the patio here is nice for having a nice breezy lunch!

They charge more than your typical Chipotle. They closed early when I had a mobile order in and never came out. Brown rice always seems chewy. There is a Chipotle 3 miles down the road and it is almost always worth the drive.

Ordered 125 dollar catering order, arrived to pick up order; order wasn’t prepared they told me it would be about an hour to get it ready they didn’t realize they had any catering orders that day. Then the manager proceeds to tell me they are out of most of what I ordered. To add to that she tells me their coolers went out over night and everything cold is on ice in the back which is a serious food safety issue as cold foods can only be kept 4 hours on ice not overnight and the next day. So I tell the manager on duty after she finally stopped yelling at employees in the back and came to talk to me again that I’d like to cancel. She then proceeds to pressure me and use undermining tactics asking if I need to call my wife or if I make the decisions literally worded like that in an attempt to get me to take the order. I still choose to cancel to which I’m informed I must call the 1-800 number for a refund so I do it’s been 5 days I haven’t been issued a refund and haven’t even heard back from chipotle.

Unfortunately this chipotle experience was sub par. At 7:30p, 2.5 hours before closing they were out of a lot, and the chicken was dry and barely seasoned. My $12 bowl was bland and not tasty. I was very disappointed in the service as well. As if they didn’t care whether or not they made it correctly or not. Will not be back.

I’ve had a lot of issues with this place. Order online – oh they didn’t see it. Next time: Order online – Be right up – 30 minutes later you get the order. Stopped there tonight and they were not taking in person orders – ok – try online, have to change password. Change, doesn’t work. Change again. Doesn’t work. No way to Order food that I can see being made. This location is horrible.

This location flat out sucks. I’ve gone maybe 10 times since I moved nearby several months ago, and every time, if they aren’t out of something, they screw up my order. Online or in person, they screw it up. At first, I figured, “Maybe just don’t go here after 5 pm since that’s when they are out of stuff and the front of house staff is very young.” But no, today I ordered lunch online, and they still screwed up my order. I plan to now drive out of my way to the Talmadge location every time I want Chipotle because they’ve never screwed up my order and are rarely out of things.

ordered online QUESADILLA with rice, but they put very little meat & peppers in it was like eating bread and didn’t put rice in. Tries chatting with Pepper online I don’t think they are only limited questions certain questions so I called 800 number and explained and was OH I’m so sorry and were to send to my email a coupon for free meal to replace what I didn’t receive. Guess what still waiting and don’t think I will see, it is unfortunate Chipotle has lost there customer service as well this Chipotle is the WORST location.
