I went in today to order two vegetarian bowls for me and my girlfriend. After having to wait for 5 minutes to have rice made(why this wasn’t done when it was empty instead of waiting for a customer to order I’ll have no idea) after the rice was made I was told there were no fajita veggies(the main fill for the vegetarian option) I was super disappointed, this reminded me why I don’t eat at chipotle as much anymore. Even the other locations have extras just in case. I wish I would of read all the bad reviews on this “restaurant” if you can call it that with the lack of people cooking, before I had the misfortune of walking inside if I had read the reviews first I never would of went to this location, we live in the area and won’t be back.

Had a pick up for 5:10. 10 minutes after pulling up to the window the worker asked what the name was then says they were working on it. Another 15 minutes and the food finally comes out. Never got my chips, went inside to see a dysfunctional staff that just ignores you. Highly recommend avoiding this location, we have had issues for the past year.

Online ordering accuracy is just non-existent. Three times in a row I’ve ordered chips and guacamole to go with my meal, and they’ve forgotten my chips each time. The quality of the food is inconsistent with other stores and is my least favorite store to order from.

This RESTAURANT was absolutely DISGUSTING!! We were in town for a track meet and drove 12 miles just to get something that wasn’t McDonald’s or Taco Bell. Some of the food (the beans, brown rice) had clearly been sitting there ALL day and maybe even from the day before! The counters were beyond gross, they were definitely not cleaning them like they should!! They were out of EVERYTHING and the cheese was all dried up and they didn’t have anymore. The customer service was nonexistent and the whole experience was just overall unbelievably TERRIBLE! Not to mention the REST of the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I don’t even think we will eat the food we managed to get. Absolutely horrific. Do NOT go here!

I waited in line for 40 minutes. Got one lady mentally slow working the register one person making all the food and he is the slowest person I’ve ever seen in my entire life. By the time I got up there just to find out there’s no steak or chicken with nobody cooking anything on the grill. Not to mention all the dried out old food and the spoon that must have been in the pan a week in order to gather that much trust. This has got to be the worst place I have ever been in my entire life it is dirtier than a trap house.

I was not sure about this Chipotle but it was probably the best one I’ve ever been to! Went at lunch time on a weekend and it was not busy at all. The lady making my bowl was fast, and when I asked for extra, she actually gave me EXTRA! Everything was hot and delicious. I will say they didn’t have a lot of people working, but it wasn’t a problem because it wasn’t too busy. If you want Chipotle that is good, come to this one!

Food here is usually fine but after waiting an hour for a pick-up, I had to cancel my order. I don’t think chipotle should let you order online when a restaurant is too busy/understaffed to fulfill orders. Decent food but be willing to wait over a hour for a burrito

The young girl who was working the line today (06/24/23) was super rude to us and everybody else who we watched go through the line. She rolled her eyes when we asked for more and was slinging food around everywhere making a huge mess, all because she “wasn’t supposed” to be working the line at that time. I told her it wouldn’t hurt her to smile a little I later realized that my bowl was all rice and cheese. I maybe had 7 pieces of chicken in my bowl, all because she was in a mood and didn’t care about what she was doing. I was VERY disappointed in my experience today.

The food is okay but the management is barely existent. Every time I have gone there, the manager is always one from another location and not someone familiar with the area. I get needed to have the store covered, but all the time is ridiculous. How can a business be ran without consistent management??? I’d rather take my time driving to the one on Mentor instead
