This has to be the dirtiest chipotle I have ever walked into. Everything behind the counter was disgusting. It looked like the back in of a rear loading garbage truck. Someone from the health department needs to pay this place an evening visit unannounced. Corporate Chipotle, you really need to do better at this particular location.

This is the greatest work of art I have ever seen and experienced in my life. It almost disappoints me how this wonderful exquisite palace has only a 4 star review. How about you go there yourself, see the impeccable service, and try the savory and juicy food that they hand out constantly. My coworker and and I placed our orders online. Upon arrival of our pick up time, our food was not prepared. Once we got back my co worker was missing have of her ingredients and she had more fat then meat in her bowl. The same for me, more fat then meat. Our rice was under cooked and d then was our first time visiting this location. We most likely will not be back.

They are always out of something. When you ask them how long until they get it, they say 5 mins. Every time I say I’ll wait and surprisingly they bring it out from the back in less than a minute. Oh and they were out of cheese and the they couldn’t use the cheese on the online order side! Terrible service, you can tell it’s laziness.

I would give less. But let’s say I contact their chat support weekly. Tonight was my last straw the rice was almost in original form, being severed uncooked. I ordered sofritas and got chicken. This is beyond ridiculous this is a weekly occurrence. Would love to speak with the owner, but know that’s probably unlikely with how much money I’ve spent at this location and have not gotten in return for wrong proteins, rice that isn’t cooked even halfway, wrong toppings every week and I mean every week. One of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went in on Sunday 5/29/23 at 3:25pm. This ugly white blond girl had the biggest show of dislike and attitude from the very first second ordering food. She was playing with my food, adding things I did not ask and stalking for time. She was also repeating everything I say and making fun of it. She needs to be fired.

Got to counter and the young lady stared at me and did not speak. I did not speak back, it was a standoff. She then tossed some of the bins of food on back table loudly but I was not startled. If she removed the bud from her ear in order to concentrate on her tedious job, she may have been a little more friendly. No, this is not a plot to a movie, rather my experience at Twinsburg Chipotle.

DONT ORDER A BOWL TO GO ! Paid for double chicken and got 5 small pieces. Tried offering me a “buy one get one”. My friend ordered a burrito also and it had two bites worth of chicken. This location used to be our favorite about a year ago , now you don’t even get what you pay for. We’ve also went in at about 7pm one night and they said they couldn’t give anymore rice when I barely got one scoop because they “didn’t want to make anymore” Macedonia is better.

Customer service have went down. A bunch of teens work there who need a strong mature management team. The food is not that good anymore. The only thing that still taste the same is the cheese. If I could only purchase the cheese, then that would be the only thing I would buy from this location.
