This was by far the worst Chipotle i’ve ever been to. It was absolutely filthy, and half of the parts of my bowl were unavailable. The kitchen looked piled high with dirty dishes. Both bathrooms said they were out of order because of not having toilet paper, but the women’s restroom actually did have toilet paper. They were blasting music that included the n-word. All the tables that didn’t have chairs on them were gross. I will NEVER return to this location, and I recommend that others avoid it as well.

This location is the filthiest location I’ve ever been to. Trash everywhere, every single table is filthy. Food on the floor and the restroom is disgusting. I’m one of two guests in here currently and all the employees are just hanging out while there are zero napkins stocked and a completely dirty store. I’m at this location out of convince while my phone is being serviced at the Apple Store nearby, but I will not be returning.

Place was filthy with trash everywhere and dirty tables everywhere. I’ve gone several times and it’s close to home for me but they have gotten more of my order wrong than right, are unavailable to correct their mistakes, and the few times the don’t screw up the food is terrible. Last time I went I got steak where most of the steak in the burrito was one large bunch of gristle that was inedible and I couldn’t tear apart with a metal fork and knife.

Stopped in here about 8pm tonight the workers were playing around using curse words in front of customers apparently their conversations were more important than helping the customers so we waited until they finished. Not to mention how dirty the place was food everywhere all over the counters as well as the lobby. Mostly all of the containers were empty for no reason it was about 7 workers just standing around, we waited for rice other items we were told they would be awhile….Not sure where the Manager was if one was there or not. If this continues this establishment wiil be CLOSING DOWN….My first and probably last time visiting this establishment…………

This Chipotle’s food is good and your order completed in a timely manner. Customer service and know how is important when you are serving from a food line upon customer requests to complete their order. You have to know what your position is and what you’re doing. They get a B+ for effort. Restaurant was clean as well

When we walked up there was a sign that said they were online only tonight, yet when we walked in, 5 workers were just standing around doing nothing and said they couldn’t take our order. This is not routine and only happens randomly, making it unpredictable. They were blasting music with slurs and were having conversations when customers needed help. The place was filthy and garbage was everywhere.

I walked in, two workers were sitting at a dining table, one guy was standing at the line waiting for someone to start helping him, and there was one guy in the back not doing much of anything. The food area looked like an absolute dirty mess, health hazard level. Not the level of experience you hope to get from a chipotle and even more so in an affluent area as such. What a disgrace of a place.
