This location was good for exactly one week after it opened. You got full portion sizes and the food was tasty. It’s gone down hill like a boulder. Yeah, that quick. Last week I had an order that included the tomato salsa, it tasted old, the tomatoes were mushy and it overall made the food taste sour. I also asked for double rice and got the normal amount. Ordered again from them a couple days later got 3 pieces of chicken which should have been a regular amount barely any cheese , ordered double rice again- got about one scoop. Honestly I wish this was better I love chipotle , it’s better than regular fast food but I’m not only paying for the quality, I’m also paying for the quantity. Enough food to feed a bird should be less than $10.80.

I feel like it’s a hit or miss ,the grand opening was good but not much chicken but chicken was good,but I went today and portion was better but chicken was fatties and chewy,also on the grand opening the lady told me to put my bank card in again and it double charged my card ! I told them about it and they just said oh did it ,that was all ,also one of the girls was calling out a employee Infront of us telling her she shouldn’t do what take two orders at one time which was unprofessional she should of waited until no customer was around to speak to the employee about whatever she did wrong but the one taking my order was the nicest one there so no need to tell her she was doing any wrong !

I ordered online and went through the drive through to pick up my food and when I went to open my bag I was missing my queso that I ordered with chips and when I asked them for my queso my cup they gave me was barely half filled and they charge over $4 for that.
