This Chipotle Mexican Grill was pretty good it was my first time at this location. I was greeted when I first walked in and was asked about my order. The server was very friendly with a great smile. I really enjoyed her waiting on me because of her customer service. They also had all the food online to serve their customers

Worst Chipotle ever! Servers act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Place was nearly empty, and only one person was actually preparing the orders; even though there were 4 or 5 other employees standing around–doing nothing. My burrito fell apart as soon as I started eating it. The girl who had made it was too busy running her mouth as she was making it. It had been a few years since I visited this particular Chipotle. I had forgotten just how terrible the service was there. Won’t make the same mistake in the future.

No dine in seating 7 pm on Sunday. Stale chips, which I understand. Went back into ask for another. They said they were all out and I have to contact online. Customer support for refund. Too much work too big of a hassle.

I live close to this location and I have given this Chipotle several chances. I have decided I will NEVER go back. The employees truly act like they are paid by the hour and are annoyed by the fact they have to serve people. They have no sense of urgency/don’t even attempt to get the line moving or have things fully stocked before busy times. I have complained about this location on the app so many times that the corporate level won’t get back to me anymore. This location is also absolutely filthy. All in all, district or region oversight for location should’ve made the decision months ago to close this location.

4 years ago i rated a 3 out of 5. Now its a 1 out of 5. Chipotle as a company has increased prices month to month. Yet there food quality and customer service has gone down. I ordered a bowl. They made it wrong. I complained on the online app. And got a free drink. The bowl had sour cream which rendered unedible for me, I know crazy. Anyway basically took my money even though I would have gladly gave the food back if I could. This was the last time though!

I’ve wanted to like this Chipotle because it’s close to me but it’s easily top 3 worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever gone to. Raise prices for 5 pcs of steak and skimp orders. I don’t think behind the counter could get any dirtier as they slide your food over it. Ever time I come here they are out of something. Make all online orders while 50 people are standing in line and just don’t say anything. Would recommend taking the extra time and go somewhere else.

Literally the worst Chipotle ever. I actually got everything I ordered today, unlike normal. Got home and opened my lid to a bowl filled with rotten lettuce. The pork was hard stringy pieces. The chips were hard and stale. I’m over this place.

Amazing experience tonight! I just have to commend the staff that was on duty. First of all, the restaurant was extremely clean! Second, they made our food to perfection. Lastly, I have to applaud the crew for their composure. There was a guest in line who was absolutely ridiculous. Honestly must have been drunk or high on something. She was screaming and extremely profane. I’m not sure what happened, but there’s no excuse to ever act like that in a restaurant, and there is zero reason to treat people the way she was. One employee in particular (I wish I knew his name) was extremely level headed. He calmly asked them to leave and continued taking care of all the other customers.

The guy in the back cooking today was the only good thing about this place. Some of the slowest moving employees I have ever seen in my life. The girl cashing me out couldn’t help but text message between the transaction making it the slowest transaction ever.
