I ordered a chicken quesadilla, guac, a chicken bowl online and went to pick it up. When I got home and opened the container, I was in complete shock in what I received. The quesadilla was not even grilled, it was missing the fajitas, and sour cream. It just looked totally disgusting. The chicken bowl was missing toppings and barely had any chicken. The guac was chunky with no flavor. This is absolutely the worst meal I have ever experienced from chipotle. How disrespectful to serve this to someone. I will never be back to this location. This location definitely needs to be held accountable. Trying to contact customer support for assistance was a complete nightmare. My issue still remains unsolved! I’ve included photos with this review to show how disgusting everything truthfully was!

1042 W. Pleasant Valley Rd. 44134 Food is good, but the salsa has way too much sodium. The tables are metal which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Some of the tables and chairs are higher up which is nice for overweight people or the elderly. Every time I go there the tables are always dirty.

I’m not sure why there are so many poor ratings but I have been ordering(2-4 items) online from this restaurant about once a week for the last 6 months or so and they have always gotten all of my orders right. There were a couple of times when the portions seemed a bit small, but that’s very rare. Definitely the best chipotle in Cleveland. All the others have been a huge disappointment and this is my go to Chipotle.

Unsure what’s wrong with these teenagers, they all look like they hate their jobs (except the cashier) thanks for the free burrito (had to call corporate and send them videos of my burrito from top to bottom and receipt to show you put literally A PINCH of meat in there) you charged me $10.20 for a barbicoa burrito full of rice and lettuce, I was in such a good mood and I don’t like making workers feel uncomfortable staring them down. I didn’t watch her make my burrito but my bf did (unsure why he didn’t say anything) I just can’t come back to this location, being ripped off like this. You guys are raising the prices and giving less meat, is the company making you do this ??? Sigh…..

Food is usually ok, problem is every time I go there, they’re out of several items. The first time, they only had pork and were out of every other meat, along with several side items and it was only 5 pm. The second time I went, a month later, they were out of bowls, chips and guac. Essentially you can count on having to adjust your order here. Seems like a management problem. The workers are good tho, and when the food is available, it is ok.

This is the second time that the people that work there gives everybody an attitude acts like they hate their job. Especially the one that was serving by the rice. None of them have name tags so can’t give an name but it’s absolutely ridiculous of how rude they are if I go there again, and I get served the way I did I will never give service to chipotle ever again never had this problem at this location before till they started hiring new people. I worked in food industry for five years. I never treated people like that and I never wrote a review till today either so it’s very disappointing

Waiting in line and 3 girls working felt the need to come talk to someone in line for 5 minutes while the line gets longer. When i ordered, one girl asked what I wanted in my bowl. I also mentioned i wanted a large queso. She said I needed to finish telling her my bowl ingredients first. Seriously, just say ok and make the damn bowl and queso. Does anyone teach these idiots customer service?

I understand customer service can really suck sometimes and I know that from experience having worked many customer service jobs. But everyone on the staff was just absolutely miserable and seemed to be annoyed by us even being there. I get a basic bowl and my gf gets tacos. We both get queso and get half-filled queso containers. We both order large chips and get a large chip bag with the same amount of chips that are in a kids chip bag. The portions on everything were all halved. I get a bowl and literally half the bowl is empty. And chipotle is already notorious for doing that with online orders so we purposely went in line to avoid that but ended up in the same situation.

This chipotle is always out of multiple ingredients, still blaming Covid even though every chipotle around them is doing fine. I tried to review on my main account and found they blocked me from reviewing them as I had previously given a bad review. Absolutely ridiculous ownership.
