Worst experience ever! Ordered for 4 people. Was told if I want a large chicken quesadilla I would have to order online because they don’t have a register key for it in the store. What???!!! Then they had no fajita veggies. Next one is steak burrito….. out of steak!!!! This is at 5:30 pm!!!! Never again!!!

This was a horrible experience! I have heard all the bad reviews but gave them a chance. Everything we ordered extra was negative and everything we ordered negative was extra. When we tried to call the Aurora location it sends you to the 800 number and when you try to review them it only allows you to select 5 star… the 800 number says it is a glitch and that no one is answering at the location. All very convenient. We both deleted the app. If you get all the wrong food you cannot even rate a place correctly or contact them! Buyer beware! We will never order from here again. And as much as I hate to leave this review in Aurora this is so deserved! 1/2 the time when I go in there they don’t even know I ordered! But not being able to rate this bad service correctly is the worst.

The only good thing about this place is how clean it is they give half the portion sizes and charge double and seeing how I’m an employee at chipotle I know what’s req. they are never prepared for rush and when they run out of food or chips they never remake any and this is 3 hours before close. Staff is very lazy only thing they maintain is the cleanliness of the sitting area and maybe that’s because no one ever sticks around to eat there because the experience was bad. The young man with the pony tail and glasses who works the line is one of the main people who charge people extra and give a depreciated amount of food. The young woman with the fillers was very rude and saying rude things under her breathe. But seeing as I know how much chipotle looks at these reviews I thought half be honest. The bathrooms smelt like urine btw

Thankfully I ordered through DoorDash and was able to get my money back. This was HORRIBLE, I have never seen a burrito bowl arrive where I opened the top and everything was to one side I could see the bottom of the bowl. I literally had to look for the rice. Then I found other ingredients that should not have been in there like bell peppers and I think chicken?? This location needs someone from Chipotle to review this location. It’s been horror stories since it opened.

Ordered online and literally had 6 pieces of steak in my bowl. All three other bowls my family ordered were about the same. The bowl was less than half of what it would be if you walked in because they won’t charge you what they charge for the minimal amount they give you behind your back. Do better!

No fajitas, no double chicken – which costs extra. Burrito is smaller than a Coke can. Didn’t discover until I got home. Calling store goes unanswered. App gives a free drink. Right – double chicken is $3.30, a drink is $2.90. Failure to follow simple instructions.

The food was excellent, the restaurant was so dirty we couldn’t find a clean table to eat at. Food all over the floor, drink area dirty. No ice in the machine but they don’t warn you before ordering your drink. I told the cashier, she didn’t acknowledge me and never sent anyone out to clean the place. Many persons cleaning tables themselves. I can just imagine how well the kitchen is cleaned.

I’ve been fooled like 20 times by this Chipotle. It’s so close to home but I will be driving 15 minutes out of my way to not go here anymore. Once again there was barely any food in my bowl and the guacamole was so brown and gross. I know staffing is an issue but this is unacceptable.
