Nice new location that is still sparkly clean, and friendly staff. But it seems like since it’s a new staff, their training is being rushed, and they need to take more time to read stickers. Today was my third try at this location, and I probably won’t be back because they simply can’t get my order right.

First time here, they have drive thru which is awesome. I placed my order online for chips and salsa but I didn’t realize I was supposed to receive it in drive thru, I thought I was ordering it for pickup. So I went in for my order and it wasn’t ready then I realized I was supposed to go thru drive thru the drive thru staff was happy to give my order and they were very friendly about it when I explained I didn’t realize I thought I was placing a pickup order. Staff was great. Was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. Was out of steak when I ordered and only had to wait a minimal time for fresh to be delivered to my bowl. Parking was a little scarce. This is definitely a sign of a busy and well liked establishment.

Tried to order through the app, and it said my order did not qualify to use my reward points. It then took away coupon for free queso and deleted all my reward points. Called the store and refused to help. No queso no points. Terrible customer service.

We were in the store this afternoon. For a new restaurant, there are too many issues. The prep area was disheveled, and the employees did not seem forcused. Perhaps it was because they were entertaining their friends behind the counter, instead of focusing on customers. This was our first time at this location, and it will be our last. Instead of making our buritos one at a time, they threw them together without properly heating the wraps. The guy did the wraps 2 at a time instead of 1 at a time. The burritos were not rolled properly, and were torn. A girl quickly wrapped them in foil before we could see them. If the ingredients are supposed to be covered when food isn’t being prepared, it wasn’t. It was wide open.Our food was cold by the time we drove the 1/2 mile to our home. $23.50 is a little steep to pay for cold burritos. I would highly recommend that the manager or owner have an adult on each shift to monitor what these kids are doing. Non-employees should NEVER be behind the counter at any establishment.

Being a chipotle veteran, I made a rookie mistake of ordering via the app to the wrong location! When I got to the window and realized my error, Natalie and Macy came through big time for me! My boyfriend and I went to get lunch here. Hands down the best chipotle i have been to. The guy that made our food was extremely kind and one of the fastest workers i have ever seen. The lady at the register was also really kind very soft spoken but very polite. There was another guy prepping food for later i would assume and he was very funny and nice as well. i have never seen better service and people and i also work in the food industry. definitely will never go to another chipotle after being to this one. i also want to mention the bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms i have ever seen along with the rest of the place. i just read the other reviews about price and quantity and i did not have that problem what so ever our bowls were perfect i was honestly shocked at the amount anytime i go somewhere else it is so under filled. simply just incredible!!
