Nothing irritates me more than being carded by people in their twenties! I’m old enough to be your mother. I asked for the manager – yup, old enough to be your mother too!! Thanks for the lemonade… I will never eat at this location again. Also, wipe down your tables and keep your fresh lettuce stocked. The first time I came to this location I was beyond grossed out. Today was my final trip. This Chipotle has lost their liquor license in the past… but not from serving those clearly old enough to be their parents!

They ran out of steak at 8pm. So I got a half portion of steak and when I asked if I could have some carnitas to make up for it they advised me they would have to charge me double..Manager on duty Jenai kept wiping her hands across her nose and didn’t bother to wash her hands afterwards and served people food. Guacamole was not fresh and brown in most spots. I will NOT be coming back to this location. Super rude staff and super unsanitary. Very very disappointed.

My fiance and I came in tonight (8/8) and the service and food was excellent. I had to ask the worker’s name because she was so pleasant and kind. And that is truly a breath of fresh air these days. The blonde haired lady who works at the register makes me not want to come to this location ever again. The way she tries to literally charge you for any and everything is RIDICULOUS. I don’t have an issue with paying for my food, but when I come in multiple times a week and it’s a different price every time that is annoying. Whenever she’s in the mood, I’m getting charged extra for sauces, but next time I come in nothing. She would charge for a napkin if she could. Scam artist. Turn off. Lost a good customer. Find consistent thorough workers. She runs people away. Others have said it as well.

Tastes like disappointment. While I was next to check out, they announced that we could now only pay with exact change or card because they only had $12 left in the drawer. Then I had to clarify twice that I did not get guacamole so I wouldn’t be overcharged, and they forgot to give me my chips so I had to go back to the checkout. I think she gave me last weeks chips after that because that’s how fresh they taste. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that my burrito bowl is so cold that none of my cheese even melted. Would not recommend.

I placed an order online and upon arrival I received notification that my order was ready and that I could pick it up off the show. I noticed there were no bags on the show but I did notice a couple of bags behind the counter. I left the employee know that I was there to pick up an order and she said give me a minute I said it says it’s ready for pickup she told me to give her a minute again. I had to wait while she rang up for customers in order to get my food. I don’t understand the purpose of ordering online to avoid the wait if you still have to wait in line. I also don’t understand the point in having a show for customer to pick up the food but the food isn’t on there.

This Chipotle is fine, if and ONLY if you physically go through the line to have your bowl or burrito made. The same seems to hold true for most Chipotle locations, and this one is no exception, that if you order online or through the app your servings will be TINY compared to going through the line.
