There’s nothing worse than ordering your meal online. Paying someone to pick it up for you and deliver it to you only to open it up. Take a bite and find out it’s completely not what you ordered. Beyond irritating. I ordered Brown rice, black beans, sofrito (soy), cheese, sour cream, & lettuce. What I got was pork, guacamole, and peppers. Grrrr it was ordered online, so it was all written out easy to follow directions. The person that picked it up said they had a full crew there more people working than she had ever seen before. So they definitely were not understaffed. I had to pay a person to pick up the correct order and when I got that order, the burrito was half the size the original one was and half the size of what I normally get.

Obviously this place is short staffed but they still manage to be friendly while preparing the order. To bad the people eating in are such slobs that they leave the tables and condiment/drink area a mess. What a bunch of . Maybe they should consider being a take out only establishment Parking is tight but probably a zoning issue

WOW!!! I pay FULL PRICE for a meal but get only 1/2 the portion!!! And it’s mostly rice. Barely any chicken. The other carnitas bowl the same thing.

I feel that I was screwed over today. I always order ahead on the app. I have a reward for a free bag of chips that expires tomorrow. I order my food on the app & went to redeem my reward and it doesn’t let me. It says I can redeem in store. I go in to pick up my order and show them I have a reward, but it wouldn’t redeem on the app. They wouldn’t except it & gave me little reason as to why. I showed them the reward hasn’t expired and I spent enough to get it. They still wouldn’t honor it. I went to call and talk to a manager when I got home only to find the phone is automated and you can’t talk to a person. I tried calling corporate and it wouldn’t go through. I’m highly dissatisfied. Don’t send out rewards if you won’t honor them. I may go back to talk to a manager.

Ordered delivery through the app. The brown rice in all three bowls is undercooked. Literally CRUNCHY. Other times portions were really small, or barely any protein, it’s a surprise every time. I live close by, it is so convenient, so I keep hoping it will improve but this was the last straw. According to Google, “Improperly handled or undercooked rice is a frequent cause of food poisoning.” Lovely. Do better

This chipotle was disgusting. I was there at 10:50am just moments after opening on 7/26/23 and the place was absolutely filthy and smelled terrible. There was trash and food all over the kitchen floor and awful music blaring from the kitchen. The smell reminded me of week a week old cleaning bucket of water and a rag which hasn’t been washed. All of the food appeared to be leftover as it was all very dry. The kid who made my bowl was obviously new with little to no training as he couldn’t even apply the kid correctly resulting in my bowl spilling into the bag on the ride. I should have just went somewhere else, hope the food doesn’t make me sick. SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND ANOTHER ONE TO GO TO.

Service is so slow. I think these employees are getting half of minimum wage so they work half the usual speed. They are soooo slow. Do not worry, people will come back again to eat.

This store is ran by a bunch of kids and it shows. The lack of care in this store is insane, the staff is clueless, which only reflects on the poor management of this location. This restaurant is always dirty, the crew does not have enough guidance or support from upper management, and I feel bad for those who continue to show up to work here because they are always short staffed. The never make enough food for the day, never had a decent tasting chip from this store, and everyone who serves me looks absolutely miserable. When is chipotle going to step in and give their employees the assistance they need to succeed? Do better. Speaking with those who usually work there in the evening opened my eyes to what chipotle really is. I do not want to spend my money at a place that does not care about their employees and has management that has no experience or the will to give a guest the experience they deserve spending so much money on their product.
