I want to start off by saying that Chipotle is not my type of food for diet restriction issues. However, my wife loves Chipotle. I went there without her and had her on speaker phone as she was able to accurately describe the bowl she wanted and accurately interpret her order in a friendly and efficient fashion. The cost was very affordable for a significant amount of food.

the food is better than the kent store, but the service sucks and almost makes it not worth it. this store messes up all the time. no exaggeration, every other time i order from here, something is messed up. it’s honestly impressive how bad they are at putting an order together lol.

I don’t usually do negative reviews but this place was out of almost everything. Ive been here before and they are usually quick moving and very friendly. The past few timesive gone not so much. Multiple employees just standing around talking to thier friends instead of helping the one working. They put literally like 5 beans on my burrito. The chicken was also super dry. Another time coming here my order was stolen.

Ordered from Brimfield Chipotle, was supposed to have extra cheese on both orders. This is the amount of cheese that was on them. It’s a joke. Never going back. This was an online order. They know you’re not going to discover it until you get home.

Definitely not the most inviting Chipotle I’ve been to. Lobby was very off putting with debris on the tables and trash on the floor. Most of the staff seemed hostile or zombified… Food quality is good. Would recommend take out over dining in.
