I’ve ordered a burrito bowl on the app and picked up via the “Chipotlane” drive thru at least 5 times now. At least 3 of those times, despite my choosing the option to include utensils and napkins, they are left out. This is frustrating, but not the end of the world as long as I’m not planning to eat in the car.

I ordered a salad and got 7 pieces of lettuce. The bowl was not full like usual and it was supposed to be ready at 4pm and wasn’t ready until after 4:15. My friend got a bowl and it was half full. Picture is when we opened them; nothing had been eaten yet. Mine tasted good, but my friend said the beans were hard. I love Chipotle, but this was awful.

Used to order from here often for delivery but stopped because there is something wrong every time. Decided to try again tonight since it’s been a while and we are missing an entire burrito, 2 bags of chips with salsa and a kids chips. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone and all support chat would do is credit my account with free stuff. So I had to pay for everything again bc they don’t deliver under $10 so you can’t use the rewards other than one bag of chips. Very frustrating that this continue to happen.

Online Orders for delivery are wrong almost all of the time. There is always something missing, or its a bowl instead of a burrito, or its just not what you ordered. More times then not the food is gross and soggy anyways. They refund the money so it’s not that big of a deal, but when you want the food that you ordered, in good condition, and want to save your time, just go to the one in Stow. I know times are tough for service industry employees but it’s ridiculous how often it happens.

This place is hit and miss. For one, the advertisement says open until 11pm, so I went there at 9:55 pm and they locked the doors and closed up, which is poor communication. Two, while some staff are nice, others are rude and they purposefully give me tiny portions so when I ask for a bit more, they snicker and do the smallest amount possible. In other words, I have been to better Chipotles that are more consistent, but some days this place does a great job. Like I said, hit or miss.
