I ordered 3 orders of 3 soft tacos on the app, charged 30 bucks and they make 3 individual tacos. I order again for the other 2 orders of tacos and these Neanderthals just make me 2 individual tacos. The lack of braincells in this location is concerning.

Had 3 days straight from this particular Chipotle. Good portions. I ordered online. Only problem I had was the food was not hot one of the days. The steak was cold and rice was warm. But the other 2 days were perfect.

I love this chipotle, it’s the only one I will go to! The Chipotlane is extremely convenient and the service is quick. The food is always fresh and I hear they have a unique rice cooker that makes fresh rice by the batch! Give the employees a break as it is a high volume store and they are clearly trying their best. It’s Chipotle people!!! Relax with the negative reviews.

Go to the one on Kent road. This new location is absolutely repulsive and everyone breathes with their mouths open. If you’re interested in applying to this location just don’t. They stand you up for interviews and ignore you when you ask to reschedule or if anyone is coming to speak with you about the job. I hope this location shuts down as fast as it was built because Kent doesn’t need anymore idiots serving mid level food.

How do you work at Chipotle and can’t wrap a burrito? They try to hide it by wrapping it up in the foil and once you open it, the burrito falls apart….LOL Kent really remodeled a subpar Chipotle 20 feet away from its original spot and gave us the same subpar service (Also they give out tiny portions) Should’ve made it a chick-fil-a
