Many bad experiences here. This one threw me over the top though. One hour before they close seven people working and one person making the order and running the register. I asked for steak they said they don’t have any cause you’re too lazy to make some. They are too worried about cleaning and get it out of there. Worst chipotle ever I don’t know if it’s the new generation or bad management. Don’t recommend going there.

Just want to say the guy that does the first part (hi welcome to chipotle what can I get for you?) that person. I just want to say on 7/28 – that guy seemed to be having a rough day. He must’ve misheard me but long story short was about to throw away the meal he made. I told him not to worry and I’m not that picky. Proceeded to give me double chicken and insisted it’s on the house. And was very apologetic about it. I hope he sees this or the manager or what not and I hope he’s doing alright. The food was excellent as it always is for chipotle.

Every single time we order pickup for our family, the food is well-beneath what I would guess are the measured standard serving amounts. When I come in and have the same items made to order – it’s easily double the size of what we get when we order online. Today, I think I finished my bowl in fifteen forkfuls with your own Togo forks. C’mon now, guys.

Food was decent but service wasn’t good. I placed an online order for 8:30 and I got there late and I waited 5 minutes then they asked what the order was for. I told them and they didn’t even start the order. I got my food a half hour after I ordered it online. I got a free drink which wasn’t that bad

This is probably the skimpiest Chipotle in the area. Can we get some real portions? I was in WV and the bowls barely closed there was so much stuff. This is about 1/3 of what I’d normally get there. For the price, I expect more.

We feel very disappointed by our last experience here, all our extras forgotten, my protein was burnt to crisp, my husband was missing several items, and my son was very upset ingredient he wanted on the side were just dumped in. Waste of almost 40 bucks. We’ll go to Panera next time we don’t feel like cooking.
