Been going to this location since it opened. Quality has always been up and down but it’s very low right now. It is clearly management. There are never enough people working the line and they’re out of stuff way to often. On top of that the place needs redesigned as they are frequently stonewalled by too many togo orders.

This store cannot seem to get online orders correct! I’ve ordered multiple times via DoorDash and thru their app and because of my address By default it goes to this location. My order has been wrong each and every time. When I pay for extra for double chicken it should at least have some chicken but none is total disrespect. Please verify the correct orders on the line. I’m done ordering chipotle for awhile. Also if I request a salad please don’t deliver a bowl full of rice. I mean come on!!!!

This chipotle has been on a downward slope ever since I got to Akron. Every time I go to this chipotle the chicken is burnt and the rice is in various different clumps. And to top it off the bowl I just got had a hair in it!!! I love chipotle but this location is making me hate it.

I only do reviews when service is REALLY bad or AMAZING. In this case it was amazing. I often eat chipotle maybe 3xs a week because I live 5mins away and the food is always seasoned. The rice, chicken, fresh chips that adds to the entree. They always have the dressing available and I’m able to walk in at 9:55pm and still place my order. In restaurants like chipotle, having older workers with patience and good pleasant energy make me feel good about eating food I didn’t prepare myself. Failing chipotle stores need to take note!

Chicken Al Pastor is WAY too spicy. Couldn’t even order a quesadilla in store but you could online so figure that one out. Same thing goes with queso and chips. Didn’t have medium sized lids. Had a free drink as compensation for the previous order they also messed up and didn’t even award it until I had to argue my case. Didn’t even have loose change to give me so I paid an extra dollar for an $18 meal. This was abysmal. Do better

I ordered a salad with lettuce, meat, cheese, rice, sour cream, corn salsa, and dressing. I literally got a bowl of rice and meat and nothing else. This was a delivery order so when I called to hopefully get it replaced (because I’m at work), the store hung up on me. Never again!
