Tried the infamous TikTok Quesadilla with chicken and Fajita veggies. On the side was rice, sour cream and corn salsa. Everything was packed nicely, order was done right, on time, etc…now onto the low points. The chicken was definitely burnt or cooked on a dirty grill & the chips were borderline stale and very salty. I did have a few bites of the Quesadilla without the burnt meat, and it wasn’t totally bad but I’d probably never buy again. It’s fast food Mexican sooo one can’t expect much. The corn salsa however, was really fresh and tasted nice. I did have some queso, too, first time trying that. Ehhh, was ok…again probably wouldn’t get. I had high hopes after all the hype people were giving this but the burnt chicken ruined it…it was all bitter tasting. Bottom line…$15 down the drain.

Flavors are excellent and so is the portion size. Products have a fair price. Drive through pickup is a nice option. It’s often busy and food is not always ready when promised on the app. Inside is ok nothing exceptional about it.

this girl was so rude she thru a bag of chips at a customer . she had her head laying down on the front counter almost the whole time we were there. The other workers just ignored her and let her do it.

I understand that inflation is causing issues with the quality of food in the fast food industry but today was awful. I ordered a chicken bowl and the workers barely filled up the bowl. Not to mention the chicken was overcooked and the lettuce was very old and already turning brown. Workers also proceeded to ignore me when I asked for extra sides to account for the lack of food they put in the bowl. Again, I understand that this isn’t completely the workers fault, but when they give me barely anything to eat for ten dollars its really disappointing.

Its 11:20. Inside is closed. Workers ignoring guests. Worker came out and said inside is closed because they dont have enough food but can order through the app and go through yhe chipotlane. What kind of service is this ? How do you noy have enough food? Absolutely Ludacris. Do better Chipotle. Will noy be going to this location anymore.

The staff working the evening of 5/14/23 was the rudest group of individuals I have ever encountered at this location. I placed my order and was asked what kind of beans I wanted. I asked for black beans on the bowl I ordered and the team member strained what few beans remained from the pan and then moved on like he was hoping I wouldn’t notice it was not even a 1/4 of a spoonful. I asked for more and he said they were out. His coworker next to him very harshly said, yeah, we’re out and there is a least a 20 minute wait. I was taken aback by her tone. After that, I didn’t bother to ask for the fajita veggies for the burrito aw I could see they were out of those too and didn’t want to get my head bitten off again. She proceeded to add the rest of the toppings to my bowl and the burrito I had ordered. I asked for a large side of quacamole and she put so much in the container it ran over the sides but she still smashed the lid down on top causing it to overflow more. Instead of getting a new container that didn’t have guacamole all over it or at least wiping the current container off, she just laid the lid on top and slid it to the cashier. I asked for a new container of quacamole as the state of that container was ridiculous. The cashier roller her eyes and told the team member who originally filled the container I wanted a new and also told her coworker just to. take out what was in the original container and put it in a different one to which the other girl replied Oh, I’m. about to. She then proceeded to SLAM the new container down on the counter and walk away. I stated that was unnecessary. The cashier didn’t even look at me when she slid my bag to me. I noticed that the cup for the large soda I had ordered and paid for was not given to me. When I asked the cashier for it, she again rolled her eyes, acted like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world and tossed it in my bag. I would have asked for a manager but decided that if there was a manager on site, it would do no good to speak with them as they obviously weren’t monitoring what was going on or didn’t care, I would love to speak to someone at the corporate office but good luck figuring out how to contact them. And their survey site is a joke as it limits the number of characters you are allowed to submit and gives you no means to leave your contact info for a follow up call.

Went in, paid for my meal and apparently the person in front of me as well. Noticed my card charged twice so I went back in before leaving the parking lot. Asked for a refund. Manager lady said “okay, you should be refunded now. Have a nice day” and handed me the receipt for it and sent me on my way. Got back in my car and the receipt says “refund cancelled” and “refund: cash” which I did not receive. Check my bank and the refund isn’t there either. Didn’t bother with going back inside, they were sloppy and non-urgent about the whole thing. Hope the person in front of me enjoyed their free meal.

Awful service. Burrito was cold. The chick who worked the counter didnt even warm the tortillas up as warm as they should be. Meat portions were not correct as they should be. Customer service refused to help with this issue
