I was very hesitant coming here since I’ve had some bad experiences with chipotle in the past. I was surprised the chicken bowl was as good as it was. The children’s dish was also good and the chicken seemed cooked ok and not over or under done. I got a large bag of chips and it seemed like I was shorted a bit. I’ll probably try it again in the future but am still a little skeptical. Id say it’s hit and miss, so take your chances.

Came here 7/24, been here a handful of times and the service is typical chipotle. However this time, the food was old and they were scraping the bottom of the rice pans, the rice was old and dried out. The line was an absolute mess, everything was spilled into other containers, I ended up with quite a bit of barbacoa in my chicken bowl. One girl was standing around talking with the guy on the grill, doing nothing to help the state of the place. A few customers came in and stood for 5 minutes waiting on the one guy who was running the drive through to come over and make their food. My chips were completely hard and chewy, as if they were old. I won’t be back at this location for a while.

The white rice was under cooked and dry, as were the pinto beans as well as the carnitas. Oh and they were out of steak completely and had to get all other ingredients from the dive through area.

Went here and waited in line a good 25-30 minutes. Online order. Finally got to the window and they were out of chips said they would refund the money. Never received a refund. Then went back to give them another chance and they were out of beans. This restaurant is always out of something. Went another day to pickup online order and they told us their credit card on the app was not working properly. They told us to come inside and place the order again,so we did and they were scraping the bottoms of containers and did not have the supplies needed to get the order. We left and avoid this Chipotle.

We had a Chipotlane order with 5 entrees and 2 sides with chips during the dinner rush, so it was understandable that we had to wait a little as some of the ingredients had to be replenished. The employee working the Chipotlane window was very pleasant and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious, and as good as expected.
