We had an awesome experience at this Chipotle. The girl with the indigo hair who dished or meals was super friendly and allowed us to sample the new chicken al pastor. We both ended up ordering it, and it was fantastic. The guac and pico were both super fresh and there was a lot of cilantro in the pico. Awesome! We dined in and the restaurant was cozy and clean. Thank you!

The last two times I’ve ordered online from this restaurant the bowl has been completely messed up. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl both times. Last time I asked for extra chicken and tomato and the only thing in the bowl was chicken and tomato…..that’s it. They were amazing in the past so I’m not sure what is going on.

The rice here is consistently hard and crunchy. Also I find pieces of avocado pit in my burrito sometimes. The employees never put the online orders on the shelf so when it’s busy I have to fight a sea of customers just to see if my order is ready behind the counter. When I do get up to the counter the employees look pissed that I’m asking if one of the many online orders behind the counter are mine.

I used this location for a large catering order. The forgot the guacamole and sofritas, okay upset but could get over and we’ll just come back and pick it up. Had to wait over 30 minutes, assuming because they didn’t have it ready and then the sofritas they just pulled from what they had out for regular customers so definitely didn’t have that prepared. Really upset after that. Won’t be using this location again and will be complaining to corporate.

I am not one to complain… BUT I went and ordered and it was roughly 815p there is no one in the shop but the staff and they are having a full blown conversation while we stand there for what seemed to be 3-5 mins. Then as my wife finishes her order they strike up another 3 min conversation as another customer comes in. 2 min later the food preparer comes down and asks what I want, and without listening starts talking again, walks away, and starts talking to the grill person for stuff that is “needed”. Understandable, if it was busy or they didn’t have supplies. Comes back and asks again what I want while looking to the cashier and starts talking about friends and co workers. I get to the cashier finally, order chips and cheese. Pay and sit down. Start on the chips and they are stale, I go back up to the counter and before I could finish stating this, they tell me “All the chips taste the same, they were made this morning”. I retort “Excuse me but they are stale and are not good.” This is where I was met with the l don’t know what you want me to do about it shoulder shrug. Sorry this place SUCKS I am not one to put reviews online very often but this branch is terrible… BTW this was not the first time I was met by these shenanigans at this location.

Out of rice, out of steak, all the Children working there seemed lost! Then when they got steak from take-out, it was was such a little amount of steak, it wasn’t worth the price. ALL the tables were DIRTY! I will NOT be a returning customer!

I haven’t had Chipotle in probably 2 years. And I was so excited to get it today until I got home and tasted it. The chips are stale. The meat is all dried out, didn’t get my sauces on the side like I asked for. And to top it off it was right at opening time. Everything should have of been fresh. Extremely disappointed

Food is always good but at this particular one. One of the ladies making my bowl walked away mid making and when I asked the lady that started making my bfs bowl if she can add more sauce the lady said I already gave her enough and walked away. The lady that was making my bfs finished my bowl and apologized for the rudeness of her coworker. The cashier was nice.
