Stopped to get dinner on the way home from my daughters ballet. They completely forgot her meal, didn’t give my son his fruit or juice and gave me what I’d hardly consider a salad as there’s basically no lettuce. This is all after our pick up not being ready for 10+ minutes after the quoted time and us having to ask them for it.

So today a worker was cleaning tables, comes back and rings me up for my order, gives me two cups for my drinks. I really wish they had the cups somewhere other than behind the counter. She did not wash her hands, she touches dirty money then hands customers their cups. I usually don’t buy drinks from this location because of that. The food was good and workers are very nice, i just get grossed out over that.

My daughter and I arrived at a busy time where multiple items were needing refilled within a couple of minutes. The team did a great job of getting items refilled, keeping the line moving, and most importantly maintained warm and friendly service.

This is by far the worst chipotle around. Food is always bland, rice undercooked and hard. I’ve given it a couple tries since it’s close but now I drive to the green location instead. It’s crazy how bad the quality is in comparison to other stores.

whoever made my bowl 10/29 at approximately 2:45 made the best burrito bowl i have ever had. the hot ingredients were hot and fresh and the whole thing was assembled beautifully. My boyfriend went and got it so idk who the employee was but it was phenomenal. i wish it was always that delicious. thumbs up.
