Like paying $10 for a $5 meal? Say no more, Chipotle Oxford is for you. I’ve had Chipotle at many places and this is the worst by far in terms of both quality and portion size. When I ordered they seemed to be having a new promotion, 50% off the portion instead of the price. Avoid if possible.

Picked up our order last night. Most of the toppings were missing on our bowls, the meat was missing and the chips for our guacamole were missing. I picked up my order and the employees said absolutely nothing about being out of anything; they simply handed me my bag and walked away. After I noticed the missing items and went back, the employee was incredibly rude, blew me off and spoke dismissively to me. I wouldn’t have been as upset if they would have just told me the first time I went in. Having to go back in for an explanation, blown off and told that I should just go on Chipotle’s website and ask for a refund, however, was over the top ridiculous. That store is always dirty looking on top of rude employees and missing items. Skip this one and go to Hamilton.

Very busy location with a college campus nearby. Sometimes, they run out of menu items if you don’t eat by 5 pm. But like I said, it’s a very busy location. Only down side is parking. It can be a pain to find a place to park. Sometimes, the lobby is trashed due to the high volume of customers, moat being g college students. But the food is good and the service can be slow on online orders but I don’t think that is the workers’ fault.

Used to be THE BEST Chipotle location in the area, but the last few orders I have gotten have sucked massively. I would love to know why my VEGGIE burrito bowls have failed to have guac every time for like a month now. They massively skimp on ingredients and that is if you even get them at all.

This chipotle has went down hill fast sense switching GM’s. They are always out of items and give the smallest portions imaginable. This pathetic double steak extra fajita cost me $14!!!! I was starving so I paid but should have went to Kroger and got a whole steak and sides. 9 out of 10 visits here are very disappointing.

probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had in my entire life. The worker was rolling his eyes, throwing things down, and talking very disrespectfully. If you don’t like your job then quit. Do not treat paying customers like you are the highest person in the world. I will never be going back and the guy that spoke to me like that should be removed from his job.

Have always had trouble with this Location, GM Jake had no problem with seeing cross contamination, dietary restrictions broken, unsanitary utensils being used. If you have any allergens, I highly DONT recommend. Portions are very inconsistent, don’t expect to get what you might see even if it’s the exact same order. Men trying to rizz up ladies with portion sizes. Not to mention Mr.Mask Mandate that would go out of his way to wear his mask incorrectly while also loudly/rudely kicking poc out of the store sometimes mid-order. (Multiple white people including himself always don’t wear masks or wear them incorrectly and get service everytime) Overall: 0 stars, taking up space for a better franchise.

The good old Mexican foods, up to date online and offline service are provided. Detail and clear calories table for nutrition reference. Staff working in this Chipotle are really friendly and professional. They usually fill my bowl up to top when I ordering in store. I particularly enjoy their online order service. Now they have provided a online order pickup shelf for customer’s convenience. Would recommend this store to any chipotle lover.
