I normally do not complain about restaurants but this chipotle just crossed the line. My wife food looks like is been drown in beans juices. It had so much liquid that went through the bag and stained my sofa. You can see the pictures. My food looked like they prepared a cake and not a food bowl like I asked. It had so much sour cream that it nulls any other flavor of the ingredients. I would not come back definitely

We went down the line, and asked for mild. The worker put hot on the bowl. When we told her that she put hot on, she proceeded to say it’s not that much and went on to the next ingredient. I have worked in restaurants quite a bit, back in the day…… Not my best experience. This was the Maineville, Ohio location.

Ladies at the pick up window are rude and unapologetic about long wait times while they stare through the window and chat and ignore the line outside. But don’t worry, once you get home items will also be missing from your order! 0/10 this place blows.

I feel this location has had issues since it’s inception. It’s hit or miss when it comes to getting quality food and service. The times I’ve been there to physically see employees make my food have been good; however, the times I have ordered carry out is a different story. For example: I order the carnitas bowl and pick up through the drive-thru. I get home and find that I have to discard if not most or all of the meat because I was served GLOBS of fat from the meat. I’ve also been given food with menu items I didn’t order and/or the wrong order all together.

The manager is a complete waste of air. They’re completely out of cooked chicken at 9:20. Told the manager and she said everything’s made “fresh”. And they didn’t have time to cook more.(6 minutes) And then wondered why I hit the roof. By fresh I guess they mean they slather it in prepackaged Adobo sauce and throw it in the walk in until needed. I was a kitchen manager for chipotle and we never… ever .. ever ran out of food. So much for “food culture”. They do this every freaking night. For the price you pay its just not worth it! Two thumbs down

I waited behind one car in Chipotlane for almost 15 min. It seemed like the car in front had to reorder and wait for food. Once I arrived at window it was closed and the 3 visible employees were joking and laughing. I would think getting my food after waiting that long would have been a priority, but apparently not. No apology or acknowledgment of wait was given when I finally got food. Also, the logical thing to have done in this situation would be to have the first car pull away from window while his food was being remade, so the rest of us in line with orders ready could pick ours up. Hospitality training is lacking here.

I ordered mobile and forgot to customize it so I waited in line during peak dinner rush hour on a Friday, needless to say the line was getting long behind me, the guy took his time to grab the mobile order and helped me customize it and did it so quick, he didn’t even skip a beat with the rhythm of helping the guy behind me. Quick and high quality service overall on one of the busiest nights of the week!

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my food in a timely manner. I purposely set my pickup time 30 min before I get there and there’s a 50/50 chance that it’ll be ready. I stopped trying to use the drive thru after waiting an hour wait on a Sunday. Couldn’t even get out of line because it’s one lane…
