Have always had good experiences at this location. This time, they ran out of cheese — how does that happen? Anyway, I tried the new Chicken Al Pastor this time in combination with steak, and it was great. The cooking/prep area was not dirty, but not as neat as I remember it usually being. While the food isn’t bad the customer service is terrible. They act like you are asking for free food instead of actually overpaying for what you get!!! Chipotle is very sneaky when trying to file a complaint too. They are a tricky company. Not to be trusted. They talk amongst each other instead of listening to your order. Like they are doing you a big favor. There are better places out there people!!

I placed an order and chose the pick up time of 9 o’clock PM. My daughter arrived on time and waited in line because the food was not out for pick up. And at 9:11, she was told they had not even printed out her order yet. So her order was not even started until about 9:15. This time was very important for us because we planned it around my mother’s diabetic needs. Because the food was not here, we were not able to eat together and she had to eat a bowl of soup. The food was not ready until about nine 9:25. That is absolutely unacceptable when you order with placed And paid for at 830 for a 9 o’clock pickup. Not to mention the large quesos were only filled up a little over 1/2 way.

When, there to get some dinner. They, were out of cheese. It, seems like everything we go to Chipotle they are out of a menu item. The food on the line looked old and dry. The line was a not clean. The, ladies who were making the food were very pleasant to the customer. Great service.

One of the worst Chipotle I have been to. Everytime you go expect to stand in line for 45 minutes only to get up there for them to tell you that they are out of everything. They seem to close whenever they want, and genuinely show no interest in actually doing their jobs. I recommend driving the extra distance to another location if you are in the mood for Chipotle.

Service was very slow even though there were at least 7 to 8 people working between counter and grill. Didn’t appear to be a manager. But worse was as they were preparing my bowl I glanced up at tile next to line and it was FILTHY with dust/debris from HVAC blowing against the wall and I noticed it was same back in grill area. Front area out of hit sauce bittles and alsi very dirty. ZERO excuse for the dirt

The young crew was very polite and was getting the work done. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because there was a young heavier set gentleman who was back on the grill who was stuffing his face with chips, literally, they were coming out the sides of his mouth then at one point I seen him with no gloves on walking back and forth to the side to the grill….. very unsanitary and just gross working with others food. It through off the whole mood being in there after that

My partner put our families order in 49 minutes before close for just three bowls. Walked up ten minutes before close and they yelled “WE’RE CLOSED!”. They then turned back around to do their quick mopping job. I was already charged $48.00 for my food that said it was “READY FOR PICKUP”. I then knocked repeatedly until they could see I wasn’t going anywhere. I kept trying to point to the bag of food on their pick up rack. After about two minutes they let me in. Still at that point it was NOT 10pm (the closing time). I then told the chick with the glasses and brown hair in a ponytail that my order was paid for and said was ready for pickup. She then told me they turned the grill off 20 minutes ago (I don’t know what that has to do with a 49 minute order placed). They informed me the single bag of food sitting in the pickup section was an employees and not mine. Weird but okay. Why would an employees food be sitting in a customers food pickup section? Stealing? Whatever, I get it….

Place an order online for pickup and it was ready at the time promised. The portions were very light compared to usual, bowl was possibly only 2/3 full. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Disappointing visit for a location that is usually very good.

I ordered a new garlic guajillo bowl with cheese sour cream gauc and hot salsa…..all I got was rice and the steak. Disappointed and angry doesn’t come close. I hadn’t had chipotle in months and half of it was missing.
