I eat a lot of chipotle. They always have good fresh food here and the line is quick. Can be a little dirty inside when busy since they prioritize food. Id drive out of my way to this location rather than Hyde Park one avoid that location at all times.

This restaurant was dirty! Hard crusty food on the line and prep tables, trash/food on the floors. The precooked the food and pulled it out of the warming cabinet, nothing was fresh! Fajitas were nasty! No one said hello, and there were only 3 customer besides us. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for 15 years (worked for you years ago (chips guy to GM) and I have never seen a store in worse order! Absolutely terrible and crew member, or cashier or Service manager cleaned, whipped a table or any surface the entire 30 mins we sat am ate.

I’ve been a regular customer to this location for many many years and tonight I was told that they don’t need my business. I had parked in a spot next to the building and when i entered i was told to move my vehicle, there’s no sign stating “no parking” and I always park there , if it’s available and someone else hasn’t taken it. It is a parking spot but this employee decided to make a scene about nothing. Seriously. I’m very disappointed in the attitude I received from the employee, i guess Chipotle doesn’t need my business anymore. I’ll be sure to spread the news about this incident and this location, farewell! Lucky there’s another option close, Hyde park location will now get my business.

i go here often normally no problem. besides one time they forgot to make my food, was lost in the sauce i guess. but today… today. it’s cold, and where is the rest of my meal???? i would not waste money on this if i knew what it looked like before but i ordered online.

Update: Now that things have calmed down, the service has improved considerably. You still have to keep on them about portion size but overall things have gotten a lot better.

This is by far the BEST chipotle in Cincinnati, maybe in the world Almost all of the workers are beyond amazing at their jobs. I always am met with friendly faces and excellent food I will go out of my way, drive an hour or more away just to get this chipotle, it NEVER disappoints. As compared to the one on beechmont this one is infinite levels above in every way♾️ if I could give this 10 stars I absolutely would⭐️ They NEVER short you on food, and it is always well worth the money. This location has to be the dirtiest Chipotle i have ever been in. Possibly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Floors were dirty tables were dirty. The food prep area was dirty. Even the workers clothing was dirty. The only thing good was the service and my salad was decent, although I was afraid to eat it after seeing how unkept the restaurant was. Very surprising to see this out of Chipotle location.

I love chipotle, and i hope this was a one off but fajitas had a ludicrous amount of seasoning on them (which i didn’t even know they put anything on them), and the chicken was super salty. My bowl was almost inedible and unfortunately was sick to my stomach because of it. Also we were there for 40 min and someone came out to pickup a tray off of a table but didn’t bother to clean anything. Every table and chair was disgusting. Good thing pandemics arent a thing #can’tteach
