I want to make it very clear that I love the front line workers here; they’re all very kind and communicative. However, I have a serious issue with the fact that while I was ordering I could hear an older male manager yelling and verbally harassing a coworker because of a scheduling issue. There is no circumstance where that is at all appropriate for a manager and they should not hold that position if that is how they treat their employees. I cannot support these individuals while they are in charge, but I want to make it very clear everyone else is wonderful.

Came to this location and was extremely unsatisfied. Workers were not polite in any way and made the experience for people traveling uncomfortable. Missing food that was paid for and was up charged for things that are not the listed price. Would not recommend

Simply don’t go. You will wait. I come 20 minutes PAST my pickup time for online orders… several times… and they still can’t manage to have my food ready when I get there. Lines out the door, 15 people waiting on online orders. Brings the inability to do your job to a whole new level.

Please help this make sense….I came to the mall after church with my family and placed my order. When I got to the cashier I was informed that I could not get chips without ordering them online. I get products are limited but the “GM” there was very rude and let me know that if I wanted to order my food online she would gladly give me chips. I did ask would you rather throw out my already made food for me to order online for chips in which she would be wasting the “limited” food and she did say yes. Keep in mind I’m watching the employees eat the chips she just informed me I could not get without an online order. So with her rudeness she threw my food in the trash and proceeded to wait in the next customers in line. If this is the way you get treated for not being lazy abs e ordering food online I won’t be ordering at all from Chipotle. Even though I know I’m one person and this will not matter I do want to make it known that I’ma society where we have been dealt an unfair hand with all going on in the world dining out should not have come to this. Please don’t make it harder on others because you chose this job we don’t choose it for you.

This review is for the young black girl with long black and blonde dreds (that were neatly pulled back btw). THANK YOU!! It was very busy. I waited in line almost 25 mins for food. She was the only one in the front, both serving food and cashing people out. She was patient, friendly and very attentive. In fact the whole staff did a great job trying to get people out as fast as possible, but I could tell they were short staffed. Just wanted to acknowledge good and hard workers when I see them.

Staff extremely rude. Ordered a bowl. Wanted chips with my Oder and one said they were out the other said I couldn’t get them unless I was placing a online order. Meanwhile one employee comes out eating a chip! The “manager/ general manager” was extremely nasty with me while saying she’d rather waste the order I placed than give me chips for it and I can place it online. She said she couldn’t give me corporates number along with switching over to my mom arguing with her telling her she doesn’t care. She also said they were short stuff so it was nothing they could do about it and would rather stand there and argue with me about it while the line behind me got longer and the Customers shook their head because they wanted chips too! I’m very frustrated the way I was treated today as a black woman that was nothing but polite about the situation and was only trying to understand what the difference was being face to face getting chips and placing online for chips.

I am writing this because the service quit frankly was miserable. 3 people in front of us and we waited in line for 10 minutes, then my wife had a scannable code on here phone for a free side of guacamole and the manager tells her because it wouldn’t scan we have to call some # to get it fixed instead of just acknowledging the coupon and giving her the Guac. Then while eating, I watched 2 people standing at the counter to order food and nobody served those people for a minimum of 5 minutes. I made sure this wasn’t the first time eating at this location before I wrote this. It’s very slow and the food tastes bland(polo asada). If your ok with long waiting in line and bland polo asada then you will be ok eating here. I would recommend a different location. I understand mistakes and we all make them. But unfortunately it seems to be a constant theme at this location.
