Spent $26 on a burrito bowl with extra chicken, chips and guacamole. There was less than the normal amount of chicken (and it was burnt to a crisp) and a teaspoon of cheese…and my large guacamole was half filled…I wish I was exaggerating, but see the pics update: they left a link that goes nowhere to contact them

I’ve given this location so many tries, it’s a bit ridiculous at this point. Every single time we’ve ordered there (maybe 5?), it’s been wrong. Generally very wrong. Chipotle, as a company, I enjoy. Most of their locations do a really good job! And they’ve always made up for the mistakes when I’ve bothered to complain. Corporate, that is. But this location is horrible. Please, don’t go there until they do some major revamping!

Past visit, on two occasions, steak was too salty. Last experience, several workers were preping food, but no one cleaned dining area, and the prep counter was uneccessaly dirty, needed wiping off! Takes little effort to wipe off the prep area! I like Chipotle, but management needs to make sure their employees understand the significance of having a clean area when preparing someone else’s food!

I ordered 3 bowls for me and my family. One with no beans and that was fine. One with gauc and no sour cream and one with. They put sour cream on both. When I contacted them they made me go online and instead of making the order right or refunding the money for that bowl they wanted to give me a free fountain drink for my next visit. I get mistakes are made but I should get a refund.

The location had 1 customer dining in..I had to wait for the young lady to finish sweeping to be helped..she didn’t wash her hands she just grabbed gloves..I softly and politely asked her to wash her hands she rolled her eyes..she took forever..another young lady came from the back with gloves on she grabbed the rice dumped it asked to help me..I was waiting for the young lady with fresh hands so I let someone go in front of me..apparently they’re okay with cross contamination. IM NOT..I DONT THINK ASKING SOMEONE TO WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER HANDLING A BROOM SHOULD BE TAKEN OFFENSIVELY..I’m sure me not patronizing is not a big deal however word of mouth regarding cleanliness goes a very long way!

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Simple burrito with 4 ingredients and they miss half of them. Literally just meat and cheese. I try giving Chipotle the benefit of the doubt but the workers are just horrible and literally do not deserve anything over $10/hr simply cause of the stupidity. Its a limited menu so I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent to miss simple ingredients. FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF.

I have used this Chipotle for years and always had great service. However, today was a nightmare. The restaurant had only one customer when we arrived. The staff basically ignored my grandson an I. We stood for several minutes before we were acknowledged, and finally, we were asked for our order. I told the lady that I had four orders and then started reading them, slowly, off my phone. She constantly rolled her eyes at me. I figured she was or had a bad day, so I kept apologizing. She made me feel like I interrupted her day. Then we tried to checkout, and the young man at the register got upset because I wanted 2 bags of chips added to the order. I lost it. I never lose my temper. In fact, I can not remember the last time. I told him that I would never come back….he said fine they can make money without me.
