The food was tasty, but some ingredients were not available. The employees were pleasant and generous with portions. The serving line was a mess, though. The place was really busy. There is a small outdoor patio for dining, but it is right next to traffic. The restroom were moderately clean. This cation is worth a stop as the food was still very yummy and the staff was great. Enjoy!

Wow! This is the worst kept location see the dirty dining room, out of chicken, sour cream, mild sauce, etc. Old brown giacamole – Fully staffed and the dining room is trashed, see pics. Food was good as long as you eat what the have lol.

This location I would say the worst of all chipotle in and around Cincinnati. The portion they provide differs for the people they serve. I am not sure if this is a type of racism we are seeing in this store. The senior people who serve or arrange the bowl or food is super rude and is not fit to do a customer facing job. Hope your organization takes steps to fix these. Attached a alpastor bowl which looks more like a vegetarian bowl

What a service! This place is awesome and the staff are the best! The ambience is great and hygienic. The quality of food is excellent and the quantity is more then sufficient and definitely value for money! Ordered veggie burritos and kids meal and thoroughly enjoyed the taste. This is the worst location to get Chipotle delivery. The portions you get aren’t enough to fill the bowl all the way and I ask for extra rice. Not worth it when there are better places for lunch in Blue Ash.

This Chipotle is brutal. Seeming nobody here can wrap a simple burrito. We have been coming here for a couple years now and this is an issues almost every time. Today it was so bad that I threw away my burrito seconds after paying for it. Also, the staff is usually pretty rude. I hate this place.

I go this location because it’s closest to my house, but just be aware they will get your order wrong 90% of the time. 90% of my online orders are wrong so be sure to actually OPEN the bowl and check if you can. I tried to just go and order in-person so I could make sure but the two times I’ve tried that they said they were only taking online orders. I had to place an order on the app and wait in the store for them to make it and I couldn’t see if they were putting the correct ingredients because it is off to the side.

Don’t order ahead from here. By the time we got our food we could have just waited in line 3 times over. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for them to make a quesadilla and a chicken bowl at 9pm on a Tuesday. A lot of just standing around watching one person actually do the job. Everyone was at least nice about it but it doesn’t change the fact that we waited for so long. This is also the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.

Some tech problems caused the line to stop which was annoying but I don’t blame the kids working. Some woman and her husband, I assume, were calling the workers high and other insults yet they managed to still remain professional which is beyond me. I placed my order online instead and the food was great. This location is stellar. Will return soon!

Pintos were dried, clumpy, and crusty. Lettuce was brown. Serving of steak in tacos was tiny. Management (female) was rude and should never have a job in customer service. With management like that I can’t see how this business can stay open. I wish I had read other reviews before going. The 1 and 2 star reviews were right on the mark with service. Will not return.
