Stopped in today ordered three hard tacos the problem was fajitas was so salty l couldn’t eat my meal. Whomever making fajitas please stop with the salt. Second they stopped serving al pastor because they keep running out of sauce. SMH. The crew was awesome no complaints everyone was very respectful.

Service here is sometime good but often just bad. I try to be understanding. Maybe they’re having a bad day but it’s consistently bad here in my experience. It’s sad because I love Chipotle for about 15 years and this is right by my house. I generally go to other locations to avoid the disappointment and long wait times. Sometimes it’s really awesome though. Appreciate those days. Experience recently was a dirty restaurant, waited ten minutes before we were acknowledged and they were out of the food some in our party wanted. I sincerely hope they work it out.

I got a chipotle bowl togo from this location, after going home we realized the rice was under cooked and felt 60% raw not at all edible, Beans were paste, they didn’t have cheese at all. After calling multiple times with no response had to go back to the location again to let them know the quality of food that we received. Manager told that it will take 40mins for the white rice to be ready, when I tried brown rice it was also undercooked, Manager simply asked to talk to corporate office for refund. The location maintenance was poor. Finally I had to get the bowl without rice. I’m not going this location again.

Prices are inflated– entrees are around or above $1 more than the 2 other Chipotle’s within 5 miles. My carnitas bowl was $9.75, its $8.60 at the Loveland location and $8.80 down the street at the other fields ertel location (Mason-Montgomery). I will be going to another location from now on unless they adjust the prices

Got a bowl to go, worker puts something in my bowl I didn’t want, I tell him, and he shrugs it off and doesn’t replace my bowl. Same worker who time after time refuses to put rice across the entire bowl only the middle leaving the cardboard bottom exposed. Young kid.

The most inconsistent chipotle I been too food still hot and good but literally got everything doubled because how stingy they was being with portions. But yet still smallest burrito I’ve had. Love chipotle but will never come back to this location sad I paid $11 dollars for this.

Each and every time we go through the chipotle lane , we get short handed and under served when it come to our food , I order double meats just so they might give me a regular portion . They still ,despite the extra money for double meat , gave me less than a regular amount. I ordered a burrito and it’s less than the size of my hand , and I have small hands . It’s frustrating , a waste of time and money , and outrageous .

Been on the road working. Needed a meal and a place to sit and tap out some info on my tablet. Walked in, and walked right back out because I forgot my wallet in my vehicle! LOL Came back in and used the restroom – which was very clean and then ordered. Got double steak and was surprised and the expensive up-charge. I’ll not be doing that again! Food was delicious. Dining area was clean. Ate, got my work done and headed out! Good place to eat!

For the second time in the last month, I walked in at noon and found a long line that was barely moving because there was one employee making the food orders and ringing them up. At any other Chipotle during lunch hour this is a 3 person setup at minimum. If you don’t want to wait 25 minutes for a burrito avoid this spot
