I’ve come here 3x since it opened, and since I am a night owl I come here an hour before closing around 10:00 p.m.. First off, I am so glad this store is open later. The pandemic killed a lot of late night restaurants. I assume it is open so late because of the 24-hour planet fitness next door. Thanks, planet fitness! I am also happy to not have to get on 675 to get Chipotle. I worry about the other burrito place across the parking lot staying open, I would eat there but their burritos taste weird.

Stopped by here for lunch last week. They were still ironing out some of the new establishment issues that pop up and didn’t have some of the requested ingredients available at the time. The staff was great and were actively training a few of the new employees.

Very beautiful store. That being said everything else is a disaster. We are 0-4 in good experiences. The problem is that there is food that sits out all day. The beans are crusted and dried out, guacamole is gray. They are always out of chicken steak or something else. This store is great for the area but they need an experienced and well trained lead. I have walked out 3 of those 4 times. Please help this store!!

This Chipotle is brand new to the area. I could only assume some employees here are new hires. Regardless, first experience in this location was lovely. I went at a busier time of day (6pm). I still received a well-filled bowl, with nice customer service in a quick time. Other ratings may not be taking the newness of the location (and maybe employees).

I understand that this is a new establishment and it takes time to smooth over all the bumps but this chipotle has been worse each time I have visited (3x). The first time we waited over an hour to get our food, we wanted to give them grace since they were newer. The Second time we went and ordered online and picked up the food inside and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The 3rd and final time we went, our food was not ready and the woman at the front had a very nasty attitude from the start and didn’t greet us even after we said hello to her. She said our order was not ready so I asked for an estimated time that it would be ready she was very rude when replying “I have no clue” and walked away.

This is my second time here and I have to say, I am not impressed. I was really looking forward to this opening so close to where I live and the fact that it has a drivethough, but honestly the staff and the restaurant space have ruined it for me. The first time I went, I was by myself and ordered a bowl to go. When I asked for extra cheese and rice, the employee seemed annoyed with my request. It was fine, whatever. I payed and went on my way.

We had the best experience! Ender and Kaylee made our night with their positive attitudes, exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. Despite arriving nearly at closing, they offered us samples, showed us the flip and had us feeling like it was such a treat. Great new addition, can’t wait to be back!

I like chipotle.I know this establishment is fairly new and was looking forward to going to it. I probably won’t be coming back to this one. disappointing to say the least. I started my order and I asked for the chicken Al pastor (my favorite). she said there is none for today. So I was stuck with getting reg chicken. If you weren’t serving that for the day where is your sign to let people know you weren’t serving it. I wouldn’t have got my food if I knew you all didn’t have any. We started the second bowl with steak and when we asked for double they said they didn’t have enough. Really!!!

I ordered two bowls and added guacamole to both of them. When I received my order the guacamole on both bowls was so old, literally grey. I normally don’t complain like this but when I’m paying an extra $3.40 for guacamole for each bowl i feel like it should be served more fresh. I understand if there wasn’t anymore for the night but i feel like that’s when you should contact the customer instead of serving bad product.

I’ve been to this location 4 times since they opened. Only 1 time was my food fresh. The other times my hot ingredients were ice cold. Employees are friendly but the line moves VERY slow. I would not recommend this one.
