Went to Chipotle in Franklin and they were out of steak and the restaurant was dirty so I decided to go to this store in Austin Landing in Miamisburg. The place was dirty as you can see in the photos. They were out of beans and tried to charge me $23 for a steak bowl and chips and salsa. Had to get a manager to correct while my food was sitting on the counter. Didn’t give me a tray so I had to carry my bowl, chips, salsa, cup, and queso with hands. Very disappointed. This was a gift card I received for father’s day.

Place is always filthy, inconsistent with food quality and portions. Being a former Chipotle employee I know the standards that are to be in place no matter how busy things get! I’ve had multiple times items have been missing or the food tasted terrible. Absolutely unbelievable this has been going on for so long and nothing has changed!

I haven’t had a good experience with this location and delivery/pick up a single time. The order is consistently wrong and this was the last straw. I didn’t even ask for sour cream and they DOUSED it with sour cream. I gave them several chances but I won’t do it anymore. This location is absolutely horrible.

Did you seriously serve this unripened avocado and call it guacamole? The level of laziness is totally unbelievable. $5 for chips and “guacamole” and you slopped this into plastic, obviously knew it wasn’t edible, and left it at that.

So I had never had Chipotle!!! And I’m a die-hard Hot Head burrito FAN! Chipotle is completely different restaurant I think… The ingredients are totally different they are fresh and healthy. Chipotle is like the Panera bread of bowls & burrito places!!! That’s the best way I can describe it. I loved it.. very refreshing.

I won’t be going to this location again. Last time I came, I ordered a salad to eat there. After paying I went to get a fork and they were out. I went to the counter to let them know and they acknowledged that they didn’t have forks. I said they should let people know especially when they order a salad to eat there and they seemed annoyed that I was complaining. This time, I ordered another salad and at the end of the line, I asked for the dressing. They didn’t have any so I said they should let people know when they order a salad that they are out of dressing. Again they seemed annoyed that I would be upset that they didn’t have the dressing. Bad management.
