Ordered 10 minutes before my pickup time, so there’s not much of an excuse for this soggy of lettuce other than it being old lettuce. Customer service was great, but the food was terrible. Brown rice was also SUPER soaked in lime, I could hardly eat it. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Awful and rude service. Talking bad about customers. Out of a lot of meat choices. Completely skipped my partners order after they took my order. When I told them at the register she just said “okay”. Like we were supposed to get back in line. Skimped on all the items I got in my bowl. Forgot my chips. $17 for a steak bowl. No quac, no queso. Just a steak bowl.

I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews but we work close to here and every co worker that goes to this “specific” Chipotle says the same thing. They are so stingy with the protein, they actually dump chicken, steak, al pastor, OUT OF THE SPOON but will OVERLOAD you with rice and beans…the portions are so small and when you ask them to give you a little more they make nasty faces at you. For as much as it costs it’s terrible. EVERY other Chipotle location I go to is fine but this one is the worst. I’ve seen the manager interactions with customers and their facial expressions and body language is awful. Start giving people “normal” sized portions and be nice to people.. I hate that I have to go 10 mins out of my way to go to another location when this one is so close.

Since opening this location I am estimating that I get the correct order maybe 20% of the time. Some days I think whoever is working the chipotle lane says F it and throws a random entrée in a bag and hopes that the person will drive off and not say anything.

I walk into the Michigan road location today and they tell me quesadillas are online only which is mind blowing. Then I ask for white rice and the woman gives me one scoop of rice that was in many little clumps. Then I get 4 pieces of chicken as one portion of meat. Very disappointed with the way service was and the food was cold by the time I got to my car

Hahaha its funny that this chipotle location is rated much lower than the one down the road on 86th street. I would rather drive an extra 5 mins down the road to the other chipotle location that has ingredients and puts plenty of food into your bowl.

It’s a chipotle! It’s not better or worse than any others. Happy to have one closer to us. The staff were very accommodating about helping with a food allergy. The portions were NOT small.
