This location has gone to the dumps. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and avoid. The one by Meijer is way better. Staff here is vindictive; whenever ordering extra anything they give you less than a normal size. Hopefully a change up happens soon.

We’ve been loyal Chipotle afficionados for decades now and the aggregate experience has been excellent food with standard service. It’s not Chick-Fil-A, the staff isn’t there to smile at you or hold a normal conversation…we get it; no problem. But this most recent visit was so blatantly bad that it was almost like an episode of Impractical Jokers. We used the mobile ordering app and the “promised time” was 15 minutes out from the time we ordered–ok. We got there and patiently waited until 25 minutes had passed and MULTIPLE people had come and gone while we waited. Not one greeting, not one “can we help you?,” nothing while we were the only ones waiting by the mobile pickup section. I’ll save you the long story, but the cashier could not have been more rude when I asked her about the order status and the manager was so obviously high that she looked like a glazed over brain donor when I “spoke” to her. The worst part is that I made the mistake of tipping these winners in advance and they not only failed to earn it, they have proactively discouraged us from returning to Chipotle. This location is dead to us and I’m giving it second thoughts on the company. Who hires people like this? If they’re that rude and high while working, what else are they doing that we can’t see? No thanks. To CMG management, I’d encourage you to change your managers here at a minimum and perhaps consider investing in social skill training for your little Lebowski underachievers.

The 4 employees that were working behind the counter refused to acknowledge us. One was making herself a meal while completely ignoring us. After standing there for a few minutes (making eye contact with one employee) we walked out. So weird.
