Chipotle never fails to amaze me with their consistently fantastic dining experience. Every visit is a treat for the senses! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of their perfectly seasoned ingredients. The menu is a masterpiece, offering a wide range of options to cater to various preferences.

I love chipotle. My go-to is a salad with chicken and toppings I love. The new al pastor chicken is a little spicy for me, and I like spicy, but worth the try. This particular restaurant is right next to my nail salon and just down the road from Hamilton Town Center, which makes it one of my fav shopping areas.

This place needs new managers and more friendly staff. I witnessed one manager cuss a worker out. They all have horrible attitudes and act like they absolutely hate their jobs.

Several times I’ve arrived to find the ingredients I would like unavailable. The last time I’m given a portion size that is ridiculously small compared to other visits. I comment on the portion size and I get a shrug from the employee who simply hands it to the cashier. That was my last ever visit to this location and potentially to any location in the chain.

It is quite the feat to make food this bad. Used to love chipotle and it has somehow morphed to inedible garbage across various locations including this one. Rice was not cooked and still hard. Tortilla chips were not fried and too chewy to even attempt to eat – seems to be a common theme. And the people they hire just do not care at all. Adios muchachos. Used to be a regular in college. Will never eat at this trash chain again.

Downgrading my last rating of 2 stars down to one. This place has been going downhill for the past two years. I go there today and order a bowl with double chicken and queso. The double order of chicken is now less than a single portion used to be. The girl that waited on me only gave me a half scoop of queso fo my bowl. I then asked for a full scoop so she tells me it is going to be extra and was really nasty about it. My jaw about hit the floor when she told me I would have to pay extra for the portion I was originally supposed to get. I get home and all I had was a bowl full of rice and remnants of a little chicken. That is going to be my last trip to Chipoltle. I understand businesses need to cut back but Chipoltle takes it to the extreme.

This has to be the absolute WORST Chipotle in the area. The employees are rude, poorly-trained, and seem to hate Chipotle customers. The bathrooms are disgusting. Seriously, how can they have the same manager when it is clear he cannot lead people and adhere to any kind of standards of service.

This specific location is not a good example of Chipotle’s reliable brand of quality & quick service in this food genre. During our visit to the Noblesville Chipotle location the employees we encountered were utterly clueless about how to prep our order and clearly were out of ingredients. As they reluctantly attempted to make a few simple burritos, they became more belligerent with each stage of asking us what we wanted in our burrito. Then, they angrily slapped on stale leftover ingredients onto the burritos making a huge mess on their food prep area. The employee at the register didn’t know how to ring up the order. The manager had to intervene and remind the employees to bag the order and hand it to us! Its possible that they had never worked food service and were not trained properly, on drugs or maybe just didn’t like their job. My advice: go to a different Chipotle.

Chipotle is my go-to place. I drive locally for a living, and I’ve eaten at every Indianapolis location multiple times. Although the food here is just as good, it has the smallest portions and the highest prices of any location. Not only that, they had no ice and no ice tea today, so I really don’t feel like it was worth the stop. I’d pass this location and drive to a different one.

Location has improved tremendously over time. In the past I’d walk in and right back out. The store is cleaner and has more staff. Fast service and the food is delicious.
