I was in this past Sunday, and I found a produce label from an avocado in my bowl. I am adding a pic of it to this review. Service wasn’t bad, but the atmosphere was so lackluster. The entire place required a good cleaning, there was food all over the floor, tables were dirty, paper towel was overflowing in restrooms. I wish I could say the food was OK, but the avocado label was a huge turn off. We were in a hurry to get back home, the line was quite busy, so I did not want to be all “Karen” and make things worse for everybody. So management: I am telling you now, hire more help and or offer more training.

Placed order online for pickup in 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later and it was not ready. The line of customers was all the way to the door. As i waited for my order the line got shorter and more customers arrived. I ask twice how much longer for my order. If I had not already paid i would have left. Finally after one hour of waiting and the enter lines plus 5 more customers my order is ready. I could not get the drink I had paid for as the only things not empty was pop. The food was good but nothing special. I doubt i will be back again. This was a poor first impression. I have never had this type service at Moe’s. Wish michigan city had one or a qudoba.

I’ve always loved Chipotle. This location is clean but they need better customer service. Why work with people if you don’t like people? I just don’t feel like my business is appreciated when I visit. If gas wasn’t so expensive I would drive to another location. This location always makes my food right and it’s always fresh, but they aren’t the nicest staff. I’ll probably just order online from here on out.

Just left without even finishing my order. Only concerned with the takput orders. my food was. They portioned out rice and meat into burrito bowls for me, and then forgot I existed for 10 minutes while the foodjust sat there, and everyone that worked there argued back-and-forth about who was doing what. Absolute disaster of workplace. One of the girls broke the yellow tent that they use for anyone orders queso, and it fell on the queso, and she just picked it out with her fingers and moved along like nothing happened. That was when I left. I wasn’t going to bring my family food from this location and I’ll probably never go back.

The store was incredibly dirty-tables/chairs needed to be wiped, garbage cans were overflowing, bathrooms dirty and grill needed to be cleaned. The staff were unpleasant and acted as though they hated their jobs. I typically don’t post negative reviews but this place was exceptionally bad and I will not eat there again.

Went in an hour before closing. They were already cleaning which wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the girl that was scrubbing down the area was splashing soapy water right into the food right in front of us. Not going to spend my money on contaminated food.

Decent food, but the employees don’t seem to care about the customer. A few (not all of them) ignore you when you talk to them, and seem annoyed when you ask them for chips and guac. Other than that, the food is hot and fresh.

This location has really went downhill unfortunately. Dirty tables and floors, shredded cheese everywhere! I know the kids who work there are young and need the experience but dang they just slop a spoonful of whatever with juice flying all over the place lol. They have no pride in their work, which unfortunately is way to common nowadays. Then as I was leaving the 4 pm manager showed up smelling like some strong dank weed! WTH I have no problem with that but be a little professional ok? Food was a little cold but not bad. Hope they clean it up!
