Meat dry, chips stale. Was able to force it down with a coke drink. Drink was good, staff friendly. Lots of parking available. It’s become very pricey. Your almost better at a restaurant for the same price. Fast food can sometimes be a hit or not. Maybe I had yesterday left over.

My next step will be to call the corporate office because this is just disgusting! I went from wanting to open my own Chipotle location to wanting to open my own business, teaching customer service, and basic business management skills. In all my years of being a retail manager, it is sad to see the lack of human respect the servers have for customers and each other. From making smart comments about customers infront of other customers, then talking trash about coworkers in front of a long line of customers. When it’s not an issue with the non-existence of customer service, it’s the issue that they are always out of the basics. Rice (normally undercooked) chicken, beans, lettice, utensils, and the Chipotle drinks, and then they turn around and be rude about it. Once again, this being my last day spending my money with Chipotle I was sure to use every reward point to ensure that and now I look to start my customer service training business because this is just horrendous!

This is absolutely the WORST Chipotle location I have ever experienced. I did not get my chips nor the silverware I added to the order. One of our bowls was missing the fajita veggies, while the other’s portions were unusually skimpy. The carnitas were completely dried out and barely resembled meat. Photo of the disgusting mess attached. Very, very unsatisfied and completely unacceptable.

Cold food…crusty pans double steak bowl and a small drink $19.42. I told my self I would never go back a year ago. Figured I would try a new location. I should have listened to my self. Threw away couldn’t eat it.

This place did not prepare the order correctly, so the doordasher had to go back to the chipolte and get the rest of the order that Chipolte forgot to include. Then when we received the entirety of the order the food was made poorly, and the order was wrong. When we called to express our concern about the food, the manager was telling us that all of this was a doordash issue (and it was not). He took very little responsibility and rushed us off the phone. I dont know what to ever expect as far as making things right, but we feel wronged by this experience. We feel ripped out of a solid meal for the money we paid to Chipolte.

The worst Chipotle I’ve been in locally. Bathroom was filthy- toilet wouldn’t flush and trash was over flowing. Paper all over the floor where you order. Four people standing around with only one actually working. This was 11-11-30 shortly after opening. I walked in and out- would not order anything from a new place so dirty. No way would I go there again or recomment to anyone.

There was a long wait because there wasn’t any steak made, the bathroom toilet didn’t work, my burrito wasn’t folded correctly so all the ingredients spilled out. Spealing of ingredients, they weren’t spread out at all so there was one part of the burrito that was very cold and then the other part was full of the steak that took me forever to get in the first place. I do not recommend eating here.

My visit to this location was absolutely horrible, the place was dirty, every table there was empty but filthy, we requested them to clean a table and the young man had to go get something to scrap the filth off. We were traveling, after returning home, my granddaughter and I have both been sick, pretty sure its from the food there. The manager and staff were rude and loud. The music was loud and somewhat offensive. Very unprofessional, Stay away!!
