I ordered through the app. I ordered extra meat and guac, which cost extra. I got neither. I also didn’t get my fajita veggies. You can’t call when there is an issue and the online chat thing said they won’t help me. I got 5 pieces of chicken and rice for $30!!! Ridiculous!

This location is terrible and I don’t see myself ever coming back. Are all of the local Chipotle’s owned by the same franchise? I order from this franchise location several times a month and they often get my order wrong. I order through the app to take my dinner work and when my order is wrong, I end up with no dinner at work. It’s happened so many times, I started checking my order when I pick it up. The last time I was there I checked my order and it looked terrible. See the attached photo. You can see the bottom of the bowl because the order is so under portioned. When I brought it to the counter the girl working there ARGUED with me saying this is a normal size portion and refused to make me a new one. How hard would it have been to make a new (or add) more food to bowl? I don’t think I will ever eat at Chipotle again. The picture with the Black beans is a previous order. It’s wrong because I always order pinto beans, but they are clearly different portion sizes.

We used to love ordering from this Chipotle location. Now portions are getting smaller and smaller. My boyfriend had to ask for more steak when the employee put about 5-6 pieces of meat on at first. They were about out of white rice and one of the cooks came up to say it would be 20 minutes. My salad had cold chicken and it was drowned in runny soup cream. I didn’t bring my phone in, but the employee said I could add the purchase to my rewards account using a code on the receipt. Which she never gave me. We’ll be going back to our favorite local place with similar Mexican bowls and generous portions of warm food.

Lunch cravings had me asking for a Carnitas Bowl with cilantro-lime white rice, peppers & onions, tomato salsa, a small amount of sour cream, a big scoop of guacamole and a huge handful of crisp, fresh lettuce… It was HEAVENLY!

Well, this used to be my go-to Chipotle on my way through town. Last two or three stops here, the scene has seriously deteriorated. The prices continue to go up and the quality has dropped to the floor, perhaps literally. Unfriendly entitled staff acting like they are doing me a huge favor handing me totally broken hard tacos with hardly any (overdone) chicken and in just aluminum foil. I checked, they had bowls which is how I usually get my hard shell tacos so that they stay intact. As a matter of fact I have ordered hard tacos dozens of times and never gotten them like this.

I have been to this location many times, the night crew is great but anytime I go during the day I have so many problems from a bug in my food to employees not listening to me and just moving onto the next things. Don’t even get me started on my missing items. Never had a problem before at other locations but today was just awful.

Biggest ripoff ever. This better be some usda prime rib. The price for extra meat is atrocious. Especially for the size of the burrito. I’m spending 20 for a burrito it should be at least a quarter size bigger than this. It is the smallest burrito ever. Scared to eat it, at that price, I feel like it should be a work of art….

Very busy local that is well staffed. Line moves quickly and the employees work to get your order down the line as fast as possible. Keep an eye on your food if you make special requests or have multiple orders. They’re sometimes not always perfect, but are accommodating when asking for corrections.
