When you order a CHICKEN bowl with veggies but get no chicken. It’s so sad that a restaurant that I love to go to continues to be awful! I have eaten here at least 7 times since it has opened in So IN and am disappointed every time! I thought, “well maybe it’s just new”. The online system is horrible and your order will be wrong every time. Inside is honestly 50/50. It just really stinks when this is the only chipotle that’s in So IN. Guess I will keep driving to Louisville for chipotle.

To give chipotle a 3 star rating pains me so much. I have loved this brand for years and choose it as a safe bet for good eats anywhere I travel. Just over a year ago I moved to Louisville and learned that indeed not all chipotle’s are a safe bet. The chipotles of the city leave a lot to be desired. So finally when I heard this nearby location opened I was excited. I could not wait to go, but to say this location is good would be generous. How does a 2 week old store get this dirty??! I decided to dine in, arriving around 8pm. Quickly learned we are out of fajita veg for the day, medium salsa was frozen to the side of the pan and chunky, and the protein was not trimmed well. Leaving lots of chewy fat and gristle. (I had chicken, which makes this more alarming). I saw two managers working, but zero leadership or guidance. Corn salsa is the worst I’ve had, and to top it off, and two other guests had to talk to three people and wait 6 minutes for a fork. Keep in mind, I walked straight up to order, no line, 9 guests in dining and one car in drive thru. If I didn’t love this brand I would call today an epic let down. I know new openings can be challenging, I’ve been through it myself many times. But this group shows an utter lack of caring and/or awareness. I will come back, one time, and give you a chance to fix your store and team. Feel free to reach out once you think the store is opening ready. With that being said, beautiful location and store style/build type. I hope it’s not all for nothing. Lauren I hope for the chipotle fans, that you can turn this around

This is a new store. If you decide to order, go in store to do it. The online ordering system is terrible and I don’t think they know how to handle it yet. It seems like they have two guys making everything for drive thru and online orders and it slows them down a lot.

I ordered a burrito bowl from Chipotle using DoorDash Pickup, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast. I ordered my food online and arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later. My order was ready and waiting for me at the pickup counter. The food was still warm and fresh, and it tasted just like it would have if I had ordered it in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend using DoorDash Pickup for Chipotle orders. It’s a convenient and efficient way to get your food without having to wait in line.

It was my first time visiting Chipotle. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the steak bowl and it was very filling. The chips and queso were very good.

One of the toughest opening weeks for any business I’ve seen. The 45 minute walk up line was understandable since it was only day 2 of this location being open and the local hype is unmatched! …but early afternoon already had them sold out of multiple menu items. The credit card system was acting up and had to process my card five times before the system said confirmed, and no luck on any gift card or point redemptions since that system was non-existent.

I was so excited to see that Chipotle would be opening here in Southern Indiana. However I was extremely disappointed in their seasoning of meats (bland) and over cooked rice. I had a hard time choking down their food. I thought maybe it would be better at a different time and day with a different cook but unfortunately it was the same experience. My kids love Chipotle so much we order at least once or twice a week. We in the past have never had an issue with their order of “build your own.” They don’t like the shell so instead of a shells we get rice in the main part and cheese, meat, and beans in the small compartments. We have never had an issue with that until today. The staff and manager refused to do it saying that goes against their policy. They can only put a shell in the main part. This is the first I have heard of such policy. As a result, we left with no food and two very unhappy kids. Will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service and bad food!

Waited an hour for order (that i ordered 45 mins ahead of time), then when I finally got it my burrito bowl was over half empty with missing toppings. Ordered a large queso and recieved a small. Not worth the hour wait or $10 bowl. Took almost 2 hours total for the order to be completed.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. I’ve been to this location three times since it opened recently. I will not go back. I tried to share my experience with management and was told twice that a manager was not available. The first time I visited, I placed the order on the app and was given a pick up time 20 minutes later. It was during normal lunch hours. I arrived on time. The app said that my order was delayed. It was 30 minutes later before I was handed my order. The foot was as expected, but 50 minutes to get food from a “fast food” restaurant is ridiculous. While sitting in the restaurant I observed overflowing trash bins, dirty tables, and a floor that looked like it had not been swept in days. Since then, I’ve been back to the restaurant to eat in twice. The food arrived more quickly both of these times, but the restaurant was a mess. Tables were all dirty and there was food and trash on the floor. One of my adult sons, who was with me on both of the occasions, loves the food at Chipotle. He said “I’ll never go back to that store again”. When I asked him why, he said “because of the dining area is that filthy, I don’t trust that the food is safe”. That pretty much sums it up! On the second and third visit I asked if there was a manager available and the staff said that the manager wasn’t available but they would pass along a message. I said that it was unacceptably filthy in the dining area. Both times I was told that they were short staffed and had to focus on completing orders. Well, they aren’t going to get the opportunity to make our order again. This is a real bummer because I live and work near this restaurant and was excited to have a new establishment close by. But basic cleanliness shouldn’t be overlooked. I hope Chipotle management takes this to heart.

Has to be the worst Chipotle location ever. You would think there would be at least a honeymoon period of a year or so where everything is wonderful and then things go downhill, but this location has never been good since it opened. Poor quality food and poor service almost every time I have eaten here. The latest experience is I went in to place a to-go order. One of the items I needed was a cheese quesadilla. They refused to make one for a to-go order. They said that I would have to order off the app and then they would make one because they were unable to make them for both in store customers placing to-go orders and app customers. There was only one problem….there were no other customers in the store and they had no app orders in the queue. So why can’t you make a single cheese quesadilla? Craziest thing I have ever heard. They just don’t care. The Westport Road location in Louisville is 100 times better than this location. Sad to say, I’m never going back.
