I love Chipotle but had a Horrible Experience at this Branch. Though the timings outside the door mentioned they are open but never mentioned only for Take out. Extremely rude blonde woman with glasses was helping my child. We teach kids to be polite but that evening I had to request my child to scream her order out and loud because the woman was not able to hear or wanted to make absolutely No effort in understanding the order.Terrible attitude while adding our order. The Manager was no less. Either you Don’t Hire these kind of rude people or get them better trained. Unacceptable behaviour. Travelled around the world but Worst Experience Ever.

On multiple occasions, I’ve been reminded to say that I have rewards codes to scan before the cashier sets the till to take payment. However, the interaction is always rushed, impersonal, and generally cold, as the cashier jumps to ask if it’ll be “card or cash, today?”.

Chipotle as a restaurant is great, but be sure to avoid this restaurant location. It’s probably the most consistently poor service I’ve experienced. Today’s sealed it for me, as they’re only making online order ahead, and only starting once you get here and let them know you’re here. There’s 30 people standing outside as the sun is going down. Please, at least have the foresight to cut off online orders at some point, or do walk in only. I’m only going to the mall location from here on out
