Chipotle is the place to go if you want to spend $17 on one meal and sit in a filthy dining room while employees lean on the counter looking bored. Barely any filling in my burrito, except a full ladle of the hot sauce that I asked for ‘very little’ of, making it almost inedible. Then, half the filling spilled out when he rolled it. Every table dirty.

Food was a for sure 0 I didn’t even eat it so basically I gave Chipotle $13 for nothing. Chicken was cold like it had just came out of The Refrigerator Very sloppy, poorly prepared, Food preparing tables were nasty, not wiped down Definitely wasn’t sanitized.

I hate to jump on bashing this location like everyone else but they’re genuinely horrible. They’re always closed for no reason, the app never indicates they’re closed, and their customer service when they are open isn’t great. Their food has been hit or miss a lot but their customer service is really lacking. I checked the app before I drove 15 minutes out of my way to stop in, I walked in the front door (usually when they’re closed they have a piece of paper on the door, not today) and immediately got screamed at for not knowing they’re “obviously closed”. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue but I really used to enjoy stopping in but it’s so inconsistent when they’re open or closed it’s not worth gambling for.

We have ordered multiple times only to find this location closed with no warning in the app. They seem to frequently go to this model of only being open for lunch and honestly it should just shut down if they can’t remain properly staffed. With what they charge they should pay fair wages and benefits. It’s always chaotic when they are open and food quality can be hit or miss.

Great customer service good food at this location. Only thing is their was couple pieces of chicken in my bowl when I got steak. I would just say, management should make sure their is a separation of ingredients.

This chipotle is absolutely terrible. At least 3 days a weeks they are closed early without having it on the website and with out a reason. Their rice is always undercooked their guacamole looks like it sits out for days and the meat is always cold. I don’t know what it is but if they can’t stay open till the time it says they’re supposed to they either need a new manager or more employees because it’s ridiculous that I drive 15 minutes just to find out they’re closed for no reason with a note on the window. This has happened to me and my friends multiple times and we are all done with it.

Terrible. Restaurant is horribly messy, employees are just standing around talking all the time. Lobby is filthy. Food is old and cold. Dudes don’t even know how to heat up a tortilla properly lol I mean how unskilled can one be. 0/10 would recommend.
