This location is unreliable. We ordered take out twice in the last two weeks. The first time there was an additional 20 min wait past the scheduled pickup time while there was no one else in line in front of us. The black beans were super spicy, we had ordered them in every dish. The adults could handle it but not our toddler. Who puts spicy options in a kids meal? We brushed it off as a preparation mistake that day.

The entire crew was super happy and the vibe was high spirits through the entire store. It was my first time coming to this store but now it will not be my last. Food was A1

Iymani and crew were on top of their game! She was fast to restock napkins while we were getting seating. I’ve been a loyal chipotle customer for years and this is the best experience I have ever had.

A great trip to Chipotle in mid June. The portions were excellent with my bowl being filled to the brim. The Berry/Mandarin fresca were both delicious. The weather was perfect for a lunch outside. I was worried about visiting this location due to the super low rating, but was pleasantly surprised. Will need to see if they stay consistent here going forward.

This is the most unreliable chipotle I have ever been to. They messed up two of my orders, and as far as the customer service for Chipotle is concerned, they are even worse. When I reached out I had to go through tons of loops to finally be able to be told that I will get a buy one get one coupon. Why would I want to go buy anything else and have it be wrong, when talking to customer service, she referred to me as a fan rather than a customer. Needless to say, I will no longer be going to chipotle.

This location has been closed – with the door unlocked and employees working away inside – the last 4 times I’ve tried to go there. It’s always at peak times as well (5:30 on a Friday or Saturday for example). I’ve been loudly told that they’re closed when I walked in the door and annoyed glances were shot at me by multiple employees. What’s the point of having your front door unlocked and everyone in the back cooking up food if your business is closed? I’m sure this is some kind of upper management thing that is being dumped on the front line employees to deal with, so, to management from one retail worker to another: Lock the door and put up a sign if you’re closed. It’s so, so easy. Just lock it. It’ll save your employees so much grief.

Wow! I’ve heard good things about Chipotle in the past, but will definitely not be returning to this location. They were out of black beans, sour cream, kids’ quesadillas, lettuce and had brown guacamole. There were no forks and when asked, the staff person brought some out while holding the fork part in her bare hands after she had been working the cash register! The soda machine had overflowed all over the floor and the tray was filled to the brim with old half melted ice cubes and a brown mix of various sodas. It is obvious that this location needs to do a much better job on training their employees and managing their inventory. Update: Everyone I’m out party that ate there last night, got sick!

Food quality is great. But the quantity has slowly dwindled too half of what is was 2 years ago when they were so big the sides would blow out and would take 2 sittings to eat. Today, I ordered a 2 meat burrito, it was about the size of my fist, and half of my bites were just rice. I could have eaten 2 of them. I mean for 12-15 bucks, come on, that tortilla should be packed full enough to not be hungry afterwards. I could see if maybe one time here or their you get a skimpy burrito, but it has been a very steady and drastic decline in size over time. Price goes up, size goes down, customers will go elsewhere.

This Chipotle location is closed very often at random times as it’s chronically understaffed. If you drive there, expect to see a piece of paper taped to the door announcing that they’re only accepting online orders. When you then go to make an online order, sometimes you’ll find that “this location is not accepting online orders.”
