For the first time I’ve not been even able to eat even half the bowl. I eat at chipotle nationwide each week. The chicken is super tough to chew. Somehow the salsa (hot) is bitter. The countertops not clean and have food lying everywhere.

Just waited 15 mins in line at lunchtime. I think maybe one person in line was served in this time? All the staff were preparing mobile carry out orders and completely ignoring the growing line of people actually in the restaurant. Many people gave up on waiting, including me eventually. If they aren’t taking, in-person orders, that needs to made clear. The system in place is not working.

Not often I give give stars. However, this Chipotle was exceptional. They added the ingredients generously, the tables were clean, wait time wasn’t long and they have organic juices to from. Chipotle is a better restaurant because they have healthier options such as non GMO foods and pasture based dairy. Below is a picture of me eating the largest burrito they have ever made me.
