This was the worst visit to a Chipotle I have ever had. Let me list what they were out of… lettuce, veggies, steak, corn salsa, forks, many drinks, almost all napkins and straws, etc. This was at 7:30 pm. They were not busy. Every table was filthy and the servers were rude. Food has become much too expensive for this kind of experience. We will not be back.

We eat Chipotle regularly, more than 2-3 times a week. We came to a new location and received attitude as we ordered, terribly made burrito and our partially wrapped burrito slid across the counter through sour cream, cheese and the dirty counter. When I asked for it to be remade they tried to replace the foil and give me the same burrito, then shocked when I wanted a refund. The whole burrito line was filthy. I have never seen such a disgusting Chipotle. In addition they were out of rice, fajita veggies and chips.

This Chipotle is located in a great location in Brighton. I stop here pretty often to pick up app orders of burritos mostly. My app orders are ready on time or shortly after if I place an order during a busy time of day. The food is comparable to other Chipotle locations and the quality is consistent.

The young man that made my food was very nice. Went to register….everyone walked away. Sat and waited. Girl rings me up And walks away. I sat there waiting…to make sure everything was good. Nothing. My bowl, chips just sat on the counter, not knowing my card went through or whatever. I asked a passing by guy (named Nick maybe??) For a bag he threw it on the counter and walked away…. ok bye lol. I bagged my food and left. Good food, person that made it was great, but otherwise, felt super disposable as a customer and like they didn’t care If I paid or ran. Hopefully this is just a bad day.

I keep trying to give this location chances, but the negatives at this point far outweigh the good. The rice has been crunchy and undercooked the last 4 times and the portion sizes when doing online orders is comical. Our burritos this evening were roughly 1 inch in diameter! When we opened the bag I thought it was a joke at first, but nope. It is a convenient location for us, but we will be making the drive to Howell from now on.

We ordered a couple salads for lunch (online only, you can’t order in store apparently which is fine because that way there’s no missing an item right) my husband picked them up got to the car to realize there was no dressing. He went back inside to be told “sorry we’re out but we put a couple extra salsas in the bag” fine we made a homemade dressing. I opened my veggie salad to see it was completely missing the fajita veggies AND guacamole so I basically had a bowl of lettuce and rice. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager which is apparently not possible so I had to call corporate just to be issued a refund. None of which would have been necessary if they had paid attention to begin with.

This Chipotle is really bad. I’ve been here half a dozen times over the last few years and they’re always out of very important ingredients. Today it was soft taco shells, tomato, and chicken Al pastor. Tables are never clean and service is slow. Will be driving to Ann Arbor for the next nearest location out of desperation from now on.
